Carrying Capacity Evaluation of Water Resources in Jiangsu Province Based on PSR Model-Comprehensive Weighting Method
Published 2022-01-01“…According to the economic and social development and conditions of water resources in Jiangsu Province, this paper established a pressure-state-response evaluation index system based on the PSR model and determined index weight based on the comprehensive weighting method combining entropy weight method with AHP.In addition, the paper calculated the relative closeness based on the TOPSIS model and comprehensively evaluated the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2019.The results show that the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2019 always maintained at a medium level, and the relative closeness fluctuated between 0.4 and 0.6,with the maximum and minimum values being 0.582 in 2014 and 0.406 in 2015,respectively.After 2015,the relative closeness increased again.Furthermore,in the next four years, although the relative closeness fluctuated, the amplitude was slight, and the value varied between 0.45 and 0.47.As a result,it indicates that the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangsu Province has tended to be stable and gradually developed positively.…”
