Antibacterial mechanism of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum SHY96 cell-free supernatant against Listeria monocytogenes revealed by metabolomics and potential application on chicken br... by Ming Liang, Hongwei Wang, Zhaoquan Zhou, Yechuan Huang, Huayi Suo

    Published 2025-01-01
“…This study demonstrated that the cell-free supernatant of L. plantarum SHY96 (LCFS96) effectively inhibits the growth and biofilm formation of L. monocytogenes CMCC(B)54002 (L. monocytogenes_02) by reducing cell metabolic activity and damaging cell structure. Metabolomic analysis revealed that LCFS96 significantly altered 450 intracellular metabolites, affecting key metabolic pathways including linoleic acid metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism, purine metabolism, pantothenic acid and CoA biosynthesis, and the TCA cycle. …”

Robust quantum spin liquid state in the presence of giant magnetic isotope effect in D3LiIr2O6 by T. Takayama, A. S. Gibbs, K. Kitagawa, Y. Matsumoto, K. Ishii, A. Kato, R. Takano, S. Bette, R. Dinnebier, H. Takagi

    Published 2025-01-01
“…Abstract The deuterium isotope effect on the honeycomb iridate H3LiIr2O6, a quantum spin-orbit-entangled liquid, was examined by synthesizing D3LiIr2O6. The structural refinements indicate the different character of the interlayer OH and OD bonds, which results in a giant isotope effect on the magnetic interactions; the antiferromagnetic Curie-Weiss temperature |θ CW| of D3LiIr2O6 increases to ~ 170 K from ~ 100 K of H3LiIr2O6. …”

800 kV交流隔离开关的机构运动分析及平衡弹簧优化设计 by 孙玉洲, 李付永, 郭海涛, 王巧红, 夏立国, 师丽芳, 刘本学, 柴影辉

    Published 2021-01-01
“…800 kV AC disconnector is one of the key equipment for extra high voltage( EHV) substation, and the balance spring is an important component to reduce external load and improve equipment reliability.Aiming at 800 kV EHV disconnector, the mechanism kinematic analysis of main knife mechanism is completed based on the motion diagram, and the theoretical equation of the structural potential energy for disconnector is obtained. Then, the dynamic simulation analysis model of disconnector is established in ADAMS through virtual prototype technology. The difference between the elastic potential energy of the balance spring and the potential energy of the mechanism under the initial design condition is simulated. In order to further narrow the gap between the spring energy and the gravitational potential energy, this paper optimizes the spring system design. The simulation results show that the max-gap change between the optimal balance spring potential energy and the mechanism potential energy is reduced by about 28% than that of the initial. When the disconnector works, the external load required is greatly reduced.…”
