Study of Alternating Transmission Performance of Shape Memory Alloy and Magneto-rheological Fluid by Gong Hang, Hu Guanghui, Hu Rongli

    Published 2023-03-01
“…Based on the thermodynamic effect of the shape memory alloy, the relationship between the squeezing pressure of the spring and the temperature is derived, and the correctness of the equation is verified by experiment; the finite element analysis of the magnetic field of the transmission device is carried out, and the magnetic field distribution along the radial direction of the working gap is derived; based on the thermal driving characteristics of the shape memory alloy spring, the relationship between the friction torque and the squeezing pressure, the structure size and other parameters is established. …”

La piratería como conflicto. Discursos sobre la propiedad intelectual en México by José Carlos G. Aguiar

    Published 2010-09-01
“…The ‘war against piracy’ is based on the world trade legal structure. The author’s central argument is that the criminalization of piracy is not the result of a process of national interest which has as its objective the promotion and intensification of intellectual property rights or the rule of law but, rather, emerges from a punitive perspective emanating from networks of international interests and transnational actors characteristic of global neoliberalism.…”

How to understand the parables of Jesus. A paradigm shift in parable exegesis by R. Zimmermann

    Published 2009-06-01
“…Instead, the discussion of a comprehensive genre of “parable” utilises the genre consciousness of the early Christian authors; a genre that can be precisely defined by means of a literary-critical description in terms of the criteria of narrativity, fictionality, relation to reality, metaphor, appeal structure and co-/contextuality. From a hermeneutic perspective, this new approach consists of a conscious affirmation of a plurality of interpretations that is established by the texts themselves and that also guarantees the timeliness and liveliness of the interpretations in a variety of reading situations. …”

Visual Analysis of Coordinated Evaluation of Water Resources Utilization and Economic Development in China by WU Dan, XIANG Xiaoqian

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Given the literature on the coordinated evaluation of water resources utilization and economic development in China from 1994 to 2020 in the core database of CNKI,the paper uses the visualization tool CiteSpace 5.7.R2 and the scientometrics method to analyze literature characteristics,as well as research focuses and their evolution, and delves into the evolution of the research on this field. The research reveals that according to the distribution of publication time and journals, the number of articles in this field shows an S-shaped curve, going through the starting, growing, and developing stages, and the research focuses are closely combined with national policy on water conservancy. In terms of the distribution of cooperation between universities and research institutions and the characteristics of cooperation among scholars, the phenomenon of extensive dispersion with localized concentrations is presented. The knowledge graphs of keyword networks demonstrate that the terms including “water resources”,“coordinated development”,“water resources carrying capacity”,“social economy”,“index system”,“industrial structure”,and “spatiotemporal coupling” have become popular in this field in the past decade.According to the strategy map of keywords, research themes represented by keywords such as “water footprint”,“urbanization”,“water and soil resources”,and “water environment carrying capacity” are developed into emerging research focuses. The time zone maps of keywords indicate that the application of the water-driven effect and its decoupling evaluation have become a new field of academic research.…”
