Machine learning-based detection, identification and restoration method of jamming attacks in optical networks
Published 2023-07-01“…Optical networks are vulnerable to signal jamming attacks aimed at disrupting communication services due to their structural fragility.Based on this, a machine learning-based jamming attacks detection, identification and restoration framework was proposed.In terms of attacks detection and identification, the performances of BiLSTM, 1DCNN, and seven conventional machine learning classifiers (ANN, DT, KNN, LDA, NB, RF, and SVM) were evaluated in detecting the presence of attacks, and identifying different types of jamming attacks.In terms of attacks restoration, a BiLSTM-BiGRU-based jamming attacks restoration model was proposed to restore light-in-band, strong-in-band, light-out-of-band, and strong-out-of-band jamming attacks.Numerical simulation results reveal that the proposed model demonstrates excellent performance with a detection and identification accuracy of 99.20%, with attack restoration ratios of 95.05%, 97.03%, 94.06%, and 61.88%, respectively.…”

Published 2020-04-01“…The isomorphism identification is one of the indispensable processes in structure synthesis of planetary gear train.It is of great significance for the creation of novel planetary gear train with excellent transmission characteristics.A new method for identifying isomorphism of planetary gear train based on improved Hamming number is proposed.Firstly,a new method for describing the topological diagram of planetary gear train by improved link adjacency matrix is proposed.This matrix contains all the information of the topological structure of planetary gear train and has the uniqueness of description.Then,the basic feature of planetary gear train is represented by the feature code,which is the necessary condition for isomorphism.Then,the principle of improved Hamming number is defined,and the Hamming code is obtained.By distinguishing whether the structural constants of the feature code and the Hamming code are equal,the isomorphism of the planetary gear train is identified.Finally,the validity and reliability of the method are verified by examples.…”

Experimental Study on Optimal Design of Permeable Concrete Mix Ratio
Published 2023-01-01“…This experiment aimed to develop a new type of permeable concrete with high strength,with various mix ratio designs tried.In addition,the effects of various mix ratio designs on the compressive strength and permeability performance of permeable concrete were studied,and the optimization design scheme of the optimal aggregate and mix ratio of permeable concrete was proposed.The study shows that in permeable concrete,the high-efficiency water-reducing agent is effective in assisting silica fume dispersion;the use of mechanism sand can improve the compressive strength of permeable concrete;after adding fine aggregate and admixture,the optimal water-cement ratio is 0.32;the compressive strength after 28 d is improved,and the permeability is greater than 2 mm/s;when the structural strength requirement of permeable concrete pavement is not high,or when there is special concern about pavement clogging in a longer period of use,a higher water-cement ratio of 0.36 can be used.…”
