A Case Study on the Deformation of Metro Foundation Pit in Silt Stratum in North China by Yonggang Zhang, Yonghong Wang, Yuanyuan Zhao

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The deformation characteristics of the proposed pit, open excavated with triple-layer steel supports, are introduced in detail. Based on the aforementioned information, the energy conservation equation of the mobilized strength design (MSD) method in which the compression deformation energy of internal support is considered is applied to predict the maximum lateral movement. …”

EFFECT OF ACCELERATING VOLTAGE ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND STATICS PROPERTIES OF SS304 DEPOSITED BY ELECTRON BEAM FUSE by CHEN JiaQi, SUN BaoFu, NING Wei, FENG MeiRong

    Published 2024-08-01
“…Electron beam fuse deposition(EBFD)is a rapidly developed metal 3D printing technology in recent years. The EBFD technology was used to print 304 stainless steel materials. The effects of different accelerating voltages in the process of EBFD on the morphology, density, microstructure and mechanical properties of the forming products were compared. The results show that when the accelerating voltage is 50 kV,there are a few austenite grains in the microstructure. When the accelerating voltage is increased to 60 kV,the austenite grain boundary is completely formed, and the growth continues with the increase of the accelerating voltage. When the accelerating voltage is 60 kV,the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best, the anisotropy is the weakest, and the fracture is ductile fracture.…”

Study on Tensile Damage Constitutive Model for Multiscale Polypropylene Fiber Concrete by Ninghui Liang, Jifei Dai, Xinrong Liu

    Published 2016-01-01
“…To study the tensile properties of the multiscale polypropylene concrete, uniaxial tensile strength of 18 fiber reinforced and 3 plain concrete specimens was experimentally tested using the paste steel method. The test results indicate that both the strength and the peak strain can be substantially improved. …”
