Reliability, Objectivity, Validity and Reference Levels of the Austrian Balance Check (ABC)—A Novel Balance Field Test for Children, Adolescents and Young Adults to Assess Static B...
Published 2025-01-01“…Objectivity was excellent in both groups (RSC (ICC2.1 = 0.99, 95% CI 0.98 to 0.99); ESC (ICC2.1 = 0.98, 95% CI 0.96 to 0.99)). A gold standard comparison using an electronic force plate showed a strong negative correlation: participants with high overall ABC scores showed less movement on the force plate (parameters of the center of pressure: surface area (ρ = −0.61), mean velocity (ρ = −0.65) and path length (ρ = −0.65). …”

Influence of human settlements factors on the spatial distribution patterns of traditional villages in Liaoning province
Published 2024-12-01“…At the municipal scale, the distribution is relatively uneven and primarily located in the cities of Chaoyang, Jinzhou, Huludao, Panjin, Anshan, and Dalian. (3) The majority of traditional villages are distributed along the southwest–northeast axis of the standard deviation ellipse, which corresponds with the main mountain ranges of Liaoning. (4) The distribution density features a western continuous clustering, central and eastern scattered clustering, and edge clustering pattern. (5) The spatial distribution patterns of traditional villages in Liaoning are influenced by various human settlements factors, with spatial variation in the nature and intensity of the effects of these factors. (6) The natural factors of human settlements are the dominant factors in the spatial distribution patterns of traditional villages, while the humanistic factors of human settlements have a dual impact on these patterns. …”

Published 2024-12-01“…In these studies, following administration of the HEV 239 vaccine in two doses at 0 and 1 month or a three-dose rapid (0, 7, and 21 days) schedule, anti-HEV antibody seroconversion rates were similar to and geometric mean concentrations of anti-HEV antibody were only slightly lower than those following the standard three-dose schedule. In individuals who were seropositive for anti-HEV antibodies at baseline, the antibody response persisted for several years irrespective of the number of vaccine doses, and in those who were seronegative at baseline, administration of two vaccine doses induced antibodies whose level remained substantially high till at least 13 months of follow-up. …”
