Intelligent and open new generation telecom service architecture and its key technologies by Jianxin LIAO, Hao ZHANG, Tong XU, Lingfei NI, Jingyu WANG, Wenfu WU

    Published 2020-09-01
“…For complex heterogeneous networks,IOTSA (intelligent and open telecom service architecture) based on the comprehensive decoupling of service systems was proposed,as well as core mechanisms such as intelligent scheduling of network resources, dynamic service orchestration and combination, and intelligent monitoring of abnormal behavior.Through the establishment of a three-level interface and four-layer capability opening architecture,multi-granular capability opening and comprehensive resource sharing were realized, which met the needs of multiple scenarios.Key technologies such as low-risk and low-cost rapid decoupling of service systems and dynamic coordination of multiple services were proposed. These achievements had formed a series of international standards and had been applied on a large scale on existing networks.By providing a large number of ultra-fine-grained capabilities,396 atomic capabilities, and flexible composite capabilities, the development of operator and third-party services and applications were strongly supported.…”

Numerical Simulation,Prediction and Analysis of Pollutants Transport Based on VM-MT3D by WANG Chengwen

    Published 2020-01-01
“…The research on numerical simulation of groundwater solute transport is practical significance for the protection and utilization of groundwater resources. This paper simulates and predicts the groundwater solute (that is,NH3-N) leakage concentration in the study area, and analyzes the pollution concentration process of leakage treatment station and its downstream factory area.It is found that the farthest influence distance of NH3-N pollution plume is 496.2 m,and the range of pollution plume is 36 800 m2.In addition,it takes about 7.4 years and 14.8 years for the leakage treatment station and its downstream factory area to reach groundwater class III standard limit, respectively. Finally, after verifying and identifying the groundwater solute transport model,it is found that the difference between the simulating water level by model and the actual water level is 0 m to 1.2 m.Therefore, with small water level error, the accuracy requirements of simulation and prediction are satisfied.…”

Speech Technology Application of “FEDE” Platform for Flood Control by QIU Wenjian, TIAN Maochun, YANG Yue, FAN Guangwei, HUANG Lu

    Published 2024-01-01
“…There are currently cumbersome and inefficient interaction methods in the “FEDE” system for flood control in water conservancy projects, heavy reliance on the experience of actual operators, and insufficient intelligent application. To this end, this paper carries out research on the application of voice technology to the “FEDE” platform for flood control.Firstly, an open service system that integrates intelligent speech recognition allows for real-time interaction of audio data and recognition results by standardized service interfaces. Then, this paper sorts out the business processes in the “FEDE” for flood prevention in water conservancy projects, and summarizes and refines three types of practical application scenarios. Finally, relevant water conservancy vocabulary and sentence structures are organized and compiled, and a speech data corpus and scenario skill library are built to serve practical application scenarios. The applications of the “FEDE” platform for flood control in Datengxia indicate that this paper offers a more comprehensive channel for information acquisition, and improves the intelligent interaction of the system and work efficiency of users, providing technical service support for water conservancy engineering management.…”
