“…Cloud radio access network(CRAN) is a new network architecture commonly used in 5G network.It uses network function virtualization and software defined network technology to support end-to-end network slicing so that access network can share the same infrastructure.A computing resource allocation scheme based on virtualized network function(VNF) computing resource demand forecasting was proposed for cloud wireless network supporting end-to-end network slicing.Data-driven operation and maintenance framework established by the control plane collects network information and performs data processing to predict the demand for computing traffic in a period of time,which used the discrete particle swarm optimization based on best-fit-decreasing to dynamically and dynamically allocate CRAN computing resources,reducing the migration energy consumption and migration times of VNF.…”

“…For the network components selecting problem involved the process of building the new network and net-work service,a network component evaluation method was proposed based on the trustworthiness measurement and the model of the multiple attribute decision analysis.First of all,according to the flexible characteristics of the network ap-plication environment,an on-demand driven and dynamic strategy was designed for constructing trustworthiness index tree.Secondly,the uncertainty of the subjective weight was reduced by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the combination weight calculated from the subjective objective weight was used to improve the fairness of weight-ing operation.Next,in the decision stage,the evaluation results were obtained through the integrated use of processing strategies which include the index data utility transformation,the trustworthiness attribute vector construction and the calculation of vector relative approximation degree.Finally,the rationality,applicability and validity of the presented ap-proach are demonstrated with the evaluation of the software defined network controllers,and the results contribute to provide operators more decision information.…”

“…Recurrent neural network(RNN) has been used wildly used in machine learning field in recent years,especially in dealing with sequential learning tasks compared with other neural network like CNN.However,RNN and its variants,such as LSTM,GRU and other fully connected networks,have high computational and storage complexity,which makes its inference calculation slow and difficult to be applied in products.On the one hand,traditional computing platforms such as CPU are not suitable for large-scale matrix operation of RNN.On the other hand,the shared memory and global memory of hardware acceleration platform GPU make the power consumption of GPU-based RNN accelerator higher.More and more research has been done on the RNN accelerator of the FPGA in recent years because of its parallel computing and low power consumption performance.An overview of the researches on RNN accelerator based on FPGA in recent years is given.The optimization algorithm of software level and the architecture design of hardware level used in these accelerator are summarized and some future research directions are proposed.…”

“…The stress concentration at the end of spiral groove is very serious during the static tension and compression of the new machined spring,which has a great influence on the strength and fatigue life of the spring.The influence of spring basic parameters on the stress concentration coefficient was analyzed by ANSYS software,and the theoretical criterion for the existence of stress concentration in machined springs is determined.The effects of tangential stress release hole on compression deformation and stress concentration coefficient were investigated; Based on the strength theory and bending theory of curved beam,the formula of maximum equivalent stress without stress concentration was deduced.The results show that when the ratio of the width of the spiral groove to the pitch is less than 0.5,stress concentration occurs in machined springs with the middle diameter between 15 mm ～ 35 mm.The stress concentration can be basically eliminated by cutting stress release hole at the end of spiral groove and controlling its size to be close to the height of rectangular section.The error between the equivalent stress value of the inner ring and the simulation value is less than 3%.It provides an important reference for the subsequent engineering design and application of the new spring.…”
