Design of Compliant Constant-force Mechanism based on Additional Spring Double-slider Four-bar Mechanism
Published 2020-04-01“…A design method of compliant gripper based on pseudo rigid body model is presented.A compliant clamping mechanism with constant force characteristics is constructed based on the additional spring double-slide four-bar mechanism.The mechanism position analysis model is established and the kinematic statics equation is constructed by using the principle of virtual work.The influence of spring stiffness on the output characteristics of the mechanism is analyzed,and a compliant clamping mechanism design method with constant force characteristics is obtained.Based on the pseudo rigid body model,the additional spring is replaced by a flexible module to obtain a new type of compliant constant force mechanism.The feasibility of establishing compliant constant force mechanism is verified by finite element analysis software.Finally,a new type of compliant constant force gripper with a symmetrical structure is constructed.The design method of the compliant constant force gripper can also be applied to the non-linear stiffness characteristic compliant mechanism design included other types of additional spring mechanisms.…”

Published 2015-01-01“…Focusing on the current limited vertical adjustment technique of large-scale drillings,a 6-DOF parallel adjustment equipment with 12 inputs is designed for the working condition of vertical drilling.The equipment mechanism consists of 6branched chains with redundancy which are symmetrical in structure.Each of the chains is composed by a compound of rotate joint and a compound of spherical joint,while the two pairs are connected by two prismatic pairs.The modal analysis is carried out on the body which is based on ANSYS software,first six order frequency distribution and modal vibration mode,and along the X、Y、Zdirection of the displacement frequency response about the moving platform are got.The analysis consequence shows that the most sensitive of external forces to the moving platform is 46 Hz frequency.Otherwise,the working space of the 6-DOF platform is obtained by using the 3-D searching algorithm.The results have significant meanings in the further research on the correlation between the parameters and the whole mechanism,as well as the optimization of the parameter.…”

Research of the Calculation Method of Bending Strength of Non-orthogonal Helical Face Gear
Published 2020-01-01“…There is no analytical calculation method and formula for the calculation of the bending strength of the face gear.For this reason,based on the principle of tooth surface contact analysis,the formula for calculating the length of the bending arm is derived,reference the calculation standard (ISO 10300(3):2014) of bevel gear bending strength,an analytical calculation method for the root bending strength of non-orthogonal helical face gear is proposed.Taking a parameter face gear transmission pair as an example,the Abaqus finite element software is used to calculate the root bending strength,and the root bending stress value of the non-orthogonal helical face gear is extracted.The finite element results are compared with the analytical calculation results,the error is about 8.5%.The results show that the calculation method of the calculation method of the root bending stress of non-orthogonal helical face gears is correct and feasible.The problem that the calculation of the bending strength of the face gear has no analytical formula is solved.After refinement and perfection,it is expected to form a basic calculation formula for the bending strength design of the face gear.…”

Published 2025-02-01“…IntroductionThis study explores how hometown identity of rural tourism entrepreneurs affected entrepreneurial persistence.MethodsData from 494 rural tourism entrepreneurs were collected using convenience sampling and analyzed using Amos and SPSS statistical software package via questionnaires distributed to three villages in Guizhou province, China.ResultThe findings reveal that (1) rural tourism entrepreneurs' hometown identity positively affected their attitudes toward entrepreneurial persistence and indirectly influenced entrepreneurial persistence; (2) rural tourism entrepreneurs' hometown identity positively influenced perceived behavioral control and indirectly affected entrepreneurial persistence; (3) rural tourism entrepreneurs' hometown identity positively moderated the role of subjective norms on entrepreneurial persistence.DiscussionThe findings from the present study indicated that rural tourism entrepreneurs' hometown identity can shape entrepreneurial persistence through numerous means. …”
