“…To address issues such as excessive redundancy and irrelevant features, long class vectors, slow model convergence, and low efficiency of parallel training in parallel deep forests, a parallel deep forest algorithm based on Spark and three-way interactive information was proposed.Firstly, a feature selection based on feature interaction (FSFI) strategy was proposed to filter the original features and eliminate irrelevant and redundant features.Secondly, a multi-granularity vector elimination (MGVE) strategy was proposed, which fused similar class vectors and shortened the class vector length.Subsequently, the cascade forest feature enhancement (CFFE) strategy was proposed to improve the utilization of information and accelerate the convergence speed of the model.Finally, a multi-level load balancing (MLB) strategy was proposed, combined with the Spark framework, to improve the parallelization efficiency through adaptive sub-forest division and heterogeneous skew data partitioning.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the model classification effect and reduces the parallelization training time.…”

“…The application of Cayley differential unitary space-time code in MIMO power line communication system was studied.The linear space of complex skew-Hermitian matrices was mapped to isotropic unitary matrix constellations represented by highly non-linear Stiefel manifolds,by which signals were transmitted through a block fading multiple input multiple output power line channel with in a differential mode.Finally,based on the unconstrained solution of the Cauchy random by which data streams were represented,the approximate linear maximum likelihood estimation of the transmitted signal was induced.Simulation results show that although the performance of the proposed scheme is slightly lower than that of the system based on orthogonal differential space-time code in terms of bit error rate and diversity gain,it can ensure high-speed and reliable communication at higher signal-to-noise ratios,and is suitable for multi-input multi-output power line communication systems requiring high-speed data transmission.…”

“…Water demand prediction is of great importance for regional water resources planning.In this paper,BP neural network is primarily applied to predict the water demand of Liuzhou in 2020 and 2025,and then 100 groups of forecast results are selected for statistically frequency distribution analysis in the case of the relative error of prediction results being less than 2%.The results show that the prediction results of Liuzhou obey normal distribution in 2020 and mildly positively skewed distribution in 2025.Moreover,combining the prediction results of Liuzhou in 2025 which are converted to normal distribution by SPSS,and the interval estimation of normal distribution,the prediction interval of Liuzhou water demand,i.e.2.147 8~2.162 2 billion m³ in 2020 and 2.181 3~2.202 3 billion m³ in 2025 is obtained under the condition of 95% confidence level.The research has certain theoretical and instructional significance for Liuzhou water resources planning in the future.…”
