Intelligent phase imaging guided by physics models
Published 2023-06-01“…Implicit neural representation characterizes the mapping between the signal’s coordinate to its attributes, and has been widely used in the optimization of inverse problems by embedding the physics process into the loss function. However, the implicit neural representation is suffering the low convergence speed and accuracy from the random initialization of the network parameters. The meta-learning algorithm for providing implicit neural representation with a strong prior of network parameters was proposed, thus enhancing the optimization efficiency and accuracy for solving inverse problems. To address the important issue of lens less phase imaging, an intelligent method on phase imaging was proposed based on the snapshot lens less sensing model.By embedding the optical diffraction propagation theory into the design of loss function for implicit neural representation, the dependency of large-scale labelled dataset in traditional deep learning-based methods was eliminated and accurate phase image from a single diffraction measurement image was provided.Furthermore, the meta-learning model was introduced for initializing network to further improve the efficiency and accuracy of network training.Numerical simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve a PSNR improvement of more than 11 dB compared to the conventional method. The experimental results in real data show that the phase image reconstructed by the proposed method is clearer and has fewer artifacts.…”

Data services and data plane for 6G mobile communication network
Published 2023-03-01“…The existing communication network represented by 5G is used as a communication session data “pipeline”for information exchange between terminal devices and the network.Different from the point-to-point transmission of communication session data, the data generated and consumed by AI, sensing and network operations in 6G network needs to be collected, preprocessed, stored, and analyzed in a distributed manner. To this end, a data plane architecture independent of the traditional user plane was proposed to systematically solve the challenges of managing and monetization of the non-user-plane data for 6G mobile communication networks. The classification and characteristics of 6G network data and data services were identified and defined.Furthermore, based on the comparative analysis of the 5G user plane and the existing data-driven network architecture, a 6G data plane framework composed of two main components i.e.data orchestrator and data agent was proposed, and the data plane functional architecture was elaborated. In addition, three potential options for data forwarding control mechanisms were designed. These mechanisms can support on-path-packet processing within any topology of data pipelines, realizing the construction and maintenance of dynamic programmable data pipeline and the thorough separation of routing algorithms and data forwarding.…”

Study on Information Extraction of Water Bodyin Plain RiverNetwork Area Based on Multi-temporalGF-1 Image
Published 2020-01-01“…In order to solve the mixture of pixels such as the towns, shadow and bare earth in the extraction of remote sensing information of water body in Plain River Network Area, based onmulti-temporal GF-1 image, this paper proposes a decision tree model combining the Normalized Differential Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Differential Water Index (NDWI), and near-infrared albedo for water body information extraction, and conducts a study taking the typical plain atthe lower reaches of Yangtze and Huai River. The results show that compared with other methods including single-band threshold and Shadow Water Index (SWI), the multi-temporalspectral information in newly proposed method can effectively eliminate the mixture of pixels such as the towns, shadow and the bare earth, improve the extraction accuracy of smaller water bodies with an overall accuracy of 93% and a Kappa coefficient of 0.85,and reasonably show a spatial distribution of water surface rate with a declining trend from West to East, which could provide a reference for the information extraction of water body in other plains as well.…”
