The study finally recommended that; Politicians with experience should better understand how to work with the people while delivering social services and affect the change they desire, politicians' delegation decisions should be the key margin by which politicians improve the productivity of the social service delivery, Citizens should influence the people who votes to delegate to the most productive public organizations by tying politicians' electoral incentives to the effective delivery of social services and there should be monitoring and evaluation unit aim at measuring efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of social services by the political leaders.…”
