Le vocabulaire des directions cardinales dans les dialectes du continuum cri-innu-naskapi-atikamekw by Vincent Collette

    Published 2014-12-01
“…The analysis of the morphology and the semantics of the words (particles, verbs and nouns) which express cardinal directions shows that these languages use four sources of lexicalization in order to name the cardinal directions: sun cycle, wind direction, river flow, wind/cardinal deity. The data from the Eastern dialects of the Cree-Innu-Naskapi-Atikamekw continuum indicate that in traditional societies the referent which serves as the source of lexicalization for cardinal directions (that is, river flow and sun cycle) is more salient than the direction itself and that some economic, social, cultural and religious changes, provoked by the presence of persons and institutions belonging to the dominant society may accelerate lexical overlaps and replacement in the lexical domain of cardinal directions.…”

Optimization and Rule Analysis of Drawdown Level before Flood Season of Longtan Hydropower Station by LIU Yongqi, HOU Guibing, GAO Weishan, LI Yuanyuan, WANG Baohua, LI Peng

    Published 2023-01-01
“…Longtan Hydropower Station is the controlled reservoir of the Hongshui River. It is of significance for flood control, water supply, and power safety to study the optimal drawdown level before flood seasons in this station.Based on analyzing the drawdown level and operation requirements of Longtan Hydropower Station, this paper develops an operation model for the optimal drawdown of the station and solves the model efficiently by the evolutionary algorithm. Then, the optimization rule of the drawdown level in Longtan Hydropower Station is analyzed in depth and derived based on the multi-year optimal operation scheme set.The results show that the multi-year average power generation efficiency of cascade reservoirs can be significantly improved by optimizing the drawdown level process before flood seasons in Longtan Hydropower Station.Additionally, the derived operation rule can provide technical support for actual operations.…”

    Published 2021-01-01
“…To study the frost resistance of nano-silicon oxide-rubber recycled concrete, this paper prepares the recycled concrete, with the substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate of 30%,that of natural river sand by rubber powder of 0,1%,3%,5%,etc.and that of cement by nano SiO2 of 0%,1.5% and 3.0% respectively, and conducts the freeze-thaw cycle test of nano-silicon oxide and rubber powder recycled concrete with different content. The experimental results show that:After addition of rubber powder and nano-SiO2,the frost resistance of recycled concrete is improved. As the freeze-thaw cycles reach 50,and the content of rubber powder and nano-SiO2 is 5% and 3% respectively, the improvement on the frost resistance of recycled concrete is the best, and the strength loss rate is 45.5% lower than that of ordinary concrete.…”

Runoff Prediction Based on VMD-LSTM-ARMA Model by LUO Cankun, LIU Hao, HUANG Xin, SHAO Zhuang

    Published 2023-01-01
“…To increase the accuracy of runoff prediction,a combined prediction model is proposed to solve the problems of runoff prediction. This model consists of the variational mode decomposition (VMD),long and short-term memory (LSTM) network, and autoregressive moving average (ARMA).To reduce the complexity of the incoming traffic, the runoff data is decomposed into three modal components with different frequencies by VMD.The low-frequency modal component inherits the temporal properties of the data and can be processed by constructing the LSTM prediction model, while the two high-frequency sequences are stationary time series and can be processed by constructing the ARMA prediction model. The prediction results of the three subsequences are superimposed to predict the runoff. Finally, the hourly flow data of Dongjiang Hydrometric Station of Xiangjiang river tributary in 2020 are used to forecast the inflow flow, and the results of comparative experiments with other algorithms show that the constructed model can effectively improve the accuracy of the hydrological forecast.…”

Application of Anti-slide Piles in Embankment Reconstruction Work on Soft Soil Foundation by YU Minlin

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to study the influence of anti-slide pile layout on the anti-slide stability of the embankment reconstruction work on soft soil foundation, taking the Xindian section of Fenghua River embankment in Ningbo as the research object, this paper analyzes the anti-slip stability safety coefficient of the embankment with different length and spacing of anti-slides piles by the finite element software ABAQUS and the strength reduction method. The calculation results show that:The pile in shorter length may not have anti-slide effect yet. When the pile length increases the anti-slide stability safety factor decreases and then tends to be constant with the increase of pile spacing.Under the same pile spacing, the anti-slide stability safety factor of embankment increases and then also tends to be constant with the increase of pile length. Finally,by fitting the curve of anti-slide stability safety coefficient to the pile length and pile spacing, the piles with proper length and spacing are applied in this work.…”
