Research Progress of Methods of Initial Water Rights Allocation in River Basins
Published 2022-01-01“…The development of a robust and highly feasible method of initial water rights allocation in a river basin can provide important support for promoting high-quality economic development of the river basin and optimizing the layout of its industrial structure. This paper systematically reviews the methods of initial water rights allocation in river basins from four aspects:multi-objective coupling allocation methods,multi-stage coupling allocation methods with stakeholder participation, allocation methods oriented towards industrial structure optimization, and adaptive allocation methods. The results show that multi-objective coupling allocation methods focus on the coordinated reflection of multi-dimensional objectives, such as social equity, economic benefits, ecological protection, and risk control. The multi-stage coupling allocation methods with stakeholder participation concentrate on strengthening the interest interaction among water resource stakeholders and fully reflecting their interest demands. The allocation methods oriented towards industrial structure optimization center on promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structures in river basins. The adaptive allocation methods highlight the improvement of the adaptability of the water resources in river basins to economic and social development.Initial water rights allocation in river basins has gradually developed from "multi-objective coupling allocation methods based on allocation principles" to "adaptive allocation methods based on allocation principles and the negotiation game mechanism".Solving the problem of adapting initial water rights to industrial structure optimization and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures and high-quality economic development will become the main lines of research on initial water rights allocation in river basins in the future.…”

Irrigation Schedule of Rice Based on CROPWAT Model in Southern Central Yunnan
Published 2022-01-01“…This study is conducted to further review the rationality of the standard for rice irrigation quotas in Jianshui of southern central Yunnan. On the basis of the observation data of Jianshui Meteorological Station from 1958 to 2013 and the rice-season test results of irrigation test sites in Jianshui from 2016 to 2018,the crop and soil parameters in the CROPWAT model are calibrated, and the processes of water in the rice soaking stage and irrigation amount in the prime field stage are simulated. With frequency arrangement results of irrigation amount in the whole growth stage, the rice irrigation schedule is drafted by the typical-year method. The results indicate that under the irrigation probability (P) of P=50%,P=75%,and P=90%,the irrigation quota of Jianshui rice in the whole growth stage is 510.1,591.1,and 651.2 mm,respectively, including the quota for the rice soaking stage of 185.3,209.2,and 213.9 mm,as well as the quota for the prime field stage of 324.8,381.9,and 437.3 mm,respectively. The irrigation frequency in the prime field stage is 8,9,and 10 times, respectively, and the irrigation quota is between 20.3 to 46.7 mm.The standard for rice irrigation quotas in Jianshui of southern central Yunnan is between 240.0 to 255.0 mm in the rice soaking stage, and under the conditions of P=50%,P=75%,and P=90%,the rice irrigation quota in the prime field stage is 427.5~435.0,487.5~502.5,540.0~562.5 mm,respectively. The current standard for rice irrigation quotas is basically reasonable, but from the viewpoint of water conservation and protection, there is still some water-saving space for rice irrigation.…”

NLP neural network copyright protection based on black box watermark
Published 2023-02-01“…With the rapid development of natural language processing techniques, the use of language models in text classification and sentiment analysis has been increasing. However, language models are susceptible to piracy and redistribution by adversaries, posing a serious threat to the intellectual property of model owners. Therefore, researchers have been working on designing protection mechanisms to identify the copyright information of language models. However, existing watermarking of language models for text classification tasks cannot be associated with the owner’s identity, and they are not robust enough and cannot regenerate trigger sets.To solve these problems, a new model, namely black-box watermarking scheme for text classification tasks, was proposed. It was a scheme that can remotely and quickly verify model ownership. The copyright message and the key of the model owner were obtained through the Hash-based Message Authentication Code (HMAC), and the message digest obtained by HMAC can prevent forgery and had high security.A certain amount of text data was randomly selected from each category of the original training set and the digest was combined with the text data to construct the trigger set, then the watermark was embedded on the language model during the training process. To evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme, watermarks were embedded on three common language models on the IMDB’s movie reviews and CNews text classification datasets. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed watermarking verification scheme can reach 100% without affecting the original model.Even under common attacks such as model fine-tuning and pruning, the proposed watermarking scheme shows strong robustness and resistance to forgery attacks.Meanwhile, the embedding of the watermark does not affect the convergence time of the model and has high embedding efficiency.…”
