Ultrasonic Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry for Determination of Eight Organophosphorus Flame Retardants in Coatings by ZHANG Ying, LI Yi, CHEN Yezi, WANG Xutao

    Published 2022-01-01
“…A method for the simultaneous determination of eight organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) in coatings is developed with ultrasonic extraction for preprocessing and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The comparison and optimization of experimental conditions in the ultrasonic extraction process indicate that acetone should be taken as the extraction solvent, and the extraction temperature and time should be set to 30 ℃ and 15 min, respectively;when the extraction is repeated twice, the recovery is good.Quantitative analysis is performed by GC-MS with selective ion scanning, with the linear range of the standard preparation curves being 10~1 000 ng/mL.The results demonstrate that the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations for eight OPFRs are not less than 0.990 4.The detection limits of the method are between 0.04 and 0.26 ng/mL,with the recovery of 79.3%~112.0%,and the relative standard deviations are less than or equal to 6.4%.The application of the method to the determination of OPFRs in coating products from five enterprises shows that TCEP is detected in samples of only one enterprise, with a concentration of 15.22 ng/mL.…”

Knowledge-defined intent-based network autonomy by Jingyu WANG, Cheng ZHOU, Lei ZHANG, Cong LIU, Zirui ZHUANG, Hongwei YANG, Danyang CHEN, Yanhong ZHU, Lu LU, Jianxin LIAO

    Published 2021-09-01
“…The complexity of the network determines that the autonomy of the intention network can’t be achieved at one go.The key is to break through multiple problem domains of network management and control from a global perspective, to summarize the network rules, mechanisms and strategies into knowledge, to build the knowledge space of resource allocation in the whole scene, and finally to realize the ubiquitous intelligence of the intention network.Focusing on 6G intention network, which takes knowledge-defined intelligence as the key enabling technology to improve the perception and decision-making closed-loop ability of intention network, and constructs a self-learning, self-operating and self-maintaining intention network.Achieving full autonomy in 6G networks is a long-term goal, which requires step by step evolvements, from providing repeat operation alternatives, to performing perception and monitoring on network environment and equipment states, to making decisions according to a number of factors and strategies, to effectively sensing end-user experience, and finally to a fully autonomous intelligent network that senses the intention of operators and users, self-optimizes and self-evolves.…”

Method for generating pseudo random numbers based on cellular neural network by Li-hua DONG, Guo-li YAO

    Published 2016-10-01
“…To overcome the degradation characteristics of chaos system due to finite precision effect and improve the sta-tistical performance of the random number,a new method based on 6th-order cellular neural network (CNN) was given to construct a 64-bit pseudo random number generation (PRNG).In the method, the input and output data in every iteration of 6th-order CNN were controlled to improved the performance of the random number affected by chaos degradation. Then the data were XORed with a variable parameter and the random sequences generated by a Logistic map,by which the repeat of generated sequences was avoided, and the period of output sequences and the key space were expended.Be-sides,the new method was easy to be realized in the software and could generate 64 bit random numbers every time, thus has a high generating efficiency.Test results show that the generated random numbers can pass the statistical test suite NIST SP800-22 completely and thus has good randomness. The method can be applied in secure communication and other fields of information security.…”

Blind video watermarking algorithm based on correlations between neighboring frames by GAO Qi, LI Ren-hou, LIU Lian-shan

    Published 2006-01-01
“…A blind video watermarking method was proposed,in which the watermark composed of symbol part and in-formation part was embedded into the original video frames. After some video frames hiding the watermark were selected randomly from one segment of the video sequences, the symbol water mark was embedded into low frequency discrete cosine transform(DCT) coefficients of fixed blocks of such frames, whereas the information water mark was embedded into direct current coefficients of some other blocks selected by a cryptographic key.Repeat embedding till the whole video was watermarked. To extract the information watermark, the frames holding watermark were found out by detect-ing water the symbol mark rapidly from one video segment whose length was long enough to hold the whole watermark. Then,by using the high correlations between the watermarked frame and its neighboring frames, the pixel values of the blocks where the watermark was embedded can be well estimated.Comparing the estimated values with the current val-ues in the corresponding positions, the information watermark could be reconstructed.Experimental results show that this video watermarking method is robust against attacks such as compression, scaling, frame dropping, etc.…”
