Approximation method of multiple consistency constraint under differential privacy
Published 2021-06-01“…Under differential privacy, to solve the optimal publishing problem with multiple consistency constraints, an approximation method of multiple consistency constraints was proposed by the theoretical analysis of the principle of optimal consistency release. The main idea was to divide the consistency constraint problem into several consistency constraint sub-problems and then achieve the original problem's optimal consistency release by solving each consistency constraint sub-problem repeatedly and independently. The advantage was that after the consistency constraint problem divided, the sub-problems were often easier to solve, or the technology to achieve optimal and consistent release of sub-problems is quite mature. Therefore more complex differential privacy optimal release problem could be solved. After analysis, the approximation method's convergence was fully demonstrated, ensuring that any partition of consistency constrained sub-problems can always achieve the optimal consistency release of the original problem.Furthermore, taking the sales histogram publishing as an example, based on the approximation method of multiple consistency constraints, a parallel algorithm was designed with optimal consistency release under differential privacy. The experimental results show that the algorithm's efficiency is 400 times higher than that of the general solution, and the algorithm can process millions of large-scale data.…”

Motion-Computerized Tomographic Colography is a Better Method for Screening for Polyps: Arguments for the Motion
Published 2003-01-01“…Most patients find virtual colonoscopy more acceptable than the conventional technique, and would prefer it if a repeat procedure were warranted. An economic analysis that found that computerized tomographic colography was less cost effective than conventional colonoscopy did not consider the indirect costs of the latter, which is an important limitation. …”

Electricity meter area identification technology based on channel coding theory
Published 2021-12-01“…Station area identification has always been a problem in the ubiquitous power Internet of things, a new analytical model similar to fading channel was established for the station area identification, and based on the remote on-load voltage regulation function of on-load capacity and voltage regulation distribution transformer, the channel coding theory was applied to solve the problem. In order to identify station area of the smart meters, different special voltage regulation schemes with the properties of repeated coding and block coding were applied synchronously. At the same time, the power consumption information acquisition system was used to collect the voltage of each smart meter in this period. Finally, the recognition of each meter was realized based on the principle of minimum distance of decoding algorithm. The theoretical analysis and test results show that, compared with the traditional technology, the new technology can realize the high accuracy identification of a large number of meters in the on-load capacity and voltage regulation distribution transformer area in the existing power grid system without upgrading, which has high engineering application value.…”

Interference mitigation for satellite-terrestrial heterogeneous coexistence cognitive MIMO system based on DBF
Published 2014-10-01“…For the coexistence and increasing interference of satellite-terrestrial network and terrestrial wireless network,a typical scenario where the geostationary earth orbit (GEO) satellite-terrestrial network and the 4G mobile communication network coexist heterogeneously was analyzed.Besides,a multi-user cognitive system model that secondary satellite terminals interfere the primary multiple input multiple output (MIMO) 4G based stations was also proposed, with whose general signal processing was deduced.Meanwhile, digital beam forming (DBF) technology in 4G based station system was adopted to minimize the cognitive interference caused by multi-antennas and multi-users.And an optimal beam weight based on fixed azimuth interference (OBW-FAI) was proposed.Weight vector was only related to the azimuth of the interferences, thus the proposed algorithm does not need real-time and repeat calculations, and had small complexity. Finally, the numerical simulation results verify that the proposed system and algorithm can effectively reduce interference between satellite-terrestrial network and terrestrial wireless network to a certain extent.…”

After COVID-19: Rethinking Fiscal Rules in Europe
