Identification of Host–Protein Interaction Network of Canine Parvovirus Capsid Protein VP2 in F81 Cells
Published 2025-01-01“…Preliminary studies have shown that knockdown of FHL2 promotes CPV replication by decreasing the expression of interferon β (IFN-β) and interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs), while overexpression of FHL2 can inhibit the replication of CPV by up-regulating the expression of IFN-β and related ISGs. …”

Spatial behavior of mesocarnivores living in seasonal ecosystems: A case study in arid landscapes in northern-central Chile
Published 2025-01-01“…Extreme microclimate conditions can directly shape the habitat use patterns but also indirectly through seasonally modifying plant productivity, while terrain morphology (topography and elevation) acts as a regulator of extreme climate. We also noted that road network influences the behavioral response of foxes and its expansion is expected to exert pressure on the conservation of fox populations.…”

Transcriptome Analysis Revealed the Molecular Mechanism of Acetic Acid Increasing <i>Monascus</i> Pigment Production in <i>Monascus ruber</i> CICC41233
Published 2025-01-01“…Gene expression analysis showed that the relative expression levels of MP synthesis genes (<i>MpPKS5</i>, <i>MppA</i>, <i>MpFasB</i>, <i>MppB</i>, <i>MppD</i>, and <i>MppR2</i>) were significantly up-regulated under acetic acid conditions. This study clarified the metabolic mechanism of acetic acid promoting the growth of <i>M. ruber</i> and the synthesis of MPs, which provided some theoretical guidance for the large-scale production of MPs in the industry in future.…”

Spatial-temporal evolution of habitat quality in tropical monsoon climate region based on “pattern–process–quality” – a case study of Cambodia
Published 2025-02-01“…The results show that (1) during 2000–2022, forest in Cambodia covered a wide range, showing a landscape pattern mainly distributed in the east and west. (2) The degree of fragmentation of impervious landscape pattern increased gradually from 2000 to 2022, indicating that it was seriously affected by human activities and natural factors, and with the increase in elevation and slope, the area of various types converted to impervious decreased. (3) During 2000–2022, high habitat quality areas were concentrated in Tonle SAP Lake in the east, southwest, and central part of Cambodia, while low habitat quality areas were concentrated in the central part. (4) Natural factors, socio-economic factors, policies, and regulations all have an impact on the change in land use pattern and habitat quality in Cambodia.…”
