    转向节特性对盘式制动器尖叫影响的研究 by 金鑫君, 方晓汾, 邓小雷

    Published 2021-01-01
“…Considering that the effect of steering knuckle on squeal is usually ignored when performing analysis of disc brake squeal,in this work,a finite element model of disc brake system including steering knuckle component is established, and the vibration characteristics of the brake system are predicted and analyzed by using complex eigenvalue analysis method. On this basis, the influence of steering knuckle characteristics on brake squeal instability behavior is studied. The results show that the increase of friction coefficient will enhance the tendency of braking system to generate squeal instability, and the steering knuckle plays a significant role in affecting the coupling between different components of the brake system. The mode of knuckle may induce the generation of brake squeal.Ignoring the steering knuckle during squeal analysis and prediction will cause the phenomenon of‘over-prediction’and ‘under-prediction’.The stiffness of steering knuckle has a strong influence on squeal behavior. The increase of steering knuckle stiffness will cause more unstable vibration of frequency and accordingly increase the squeal intensity of the system. In addition, since there is no significant friction movement between the knuckle and the disc hub,the friction coefficient at the knuckle-disc hub connection shows little impact on the braking squeal behavior of the system. The above research results provide a basis for understanding the generation of brake squeal and proposing reasonable measures to improve the squeal.…”

Experimental Study on Curtain Grouting with Large Hole Spacing and Deep Holes in the Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine by TAO Wangxiong, FENG Yuanyu, LI Xijia, ZHANG Aiheng

    Published 2022-01-01
“…In the upper reaches of the Datangxia Water Control Project, the high-pressure head formed by water storage will increase the water inflow in the Panlong lead-zinc mine to a certain extent and thus affect the safety of underground production. In order to eliminate the adverse effects brought by water storage, two anti-seepage curtains are planned to be built on the east and west sides of the mine.In addition,to provide reasonable technical parameters for the actual grouting construction, this paper carries out the grouting test at a suitable position on the axis of the curtain. The test results show that:① The double-row grouting with 3 m row spacing and 6 m hole spacing can basically meet the anti-seepage standard of curtain design when arranged in a plum blossom shape;② cement clay slurry can be applied in dealing with special sections such as large karst caves and wide fissures in karst areas;③ in terms of the vertical heterogeneity of karst development, the bottom elevation of hanging curtain with deep holes in karst areas should enter the aquitard, with a depth of not less than 10 m.The results of the grouting test provide a reference for the design and construction of curtain grouting with large hole spacing and deep holes in karst areas.…”

Multi-scale outlier mining algorithm for stateless communication data under IPv6 remote monitoring network by Kun LIU, Xiaohan ZHANG, Rukun CAO, Shuai LI

    Published 2023-08-01
“…In order to accurately mine outliers and reduce the impact of outliers on communication data, a multi-scale outlier mining algorithm for stateless communication data in IPv6 remote monitoring network was investigated. The stateless communication data were obtained through an IPv6 remote monitoring network, and based on the seasonality, trend, and self-similarity characteristics of the extracted stateless communication data, the Fourier transform was used to divide the stateless communication data into two classes. Then, the K-mean method was used to cluster the two classes to determine the neighborhood of the stateless communication data, which was used as the basis for outlier mining using a convolutional neural network on the stateless communication data. The convolutional neural network was initialized, and according to the output value of the convolutional neural network, it was determined whether the network met the stopping condition. The operation steps of the convolutional neural network were repeated, all the outlier points were mined, and the multi-scale outlier mining of stateless communication data was achieved. The experimental results showed that the fewer the number of stateless communication data categories, the higher the mining efficiency; the proposed method can accurately mine the number of multiscale outliers of stateless communication data in IPv6 remote monitoring network and accurately analyze the reasons for the outliers.…”

Task allocation in IoV-based crowdsensing combing clustering and CMAB by Xinxin FENG, Danying GUO, Zefeng LIU, Haifeng ZHENG

    Published 2021-09-01
“…The crowdsening network based on Internet of vehicles (IoV) users has the advantages of extensive node coverage, complete and timely data.A major difficulty in the realization of this technology lies in how to fully mine and use the information of connected vehicular users (such as the user's geographic location, etc.) to select appropriate perception task participants, so as to carry out reasonable task assignments, thereby improving the completion quality of perception tasks and task publisher’s benefits. To solve the above problems, a task allocation method combining the trajectory features and the combinatorial multi-armed bandits (CMAB) algorithm was proposed.Firstly, users were clustered based on the similarity of their historical driving trajectories. Then, the CMAB model was adopted so that the trajectory clustering information could be used as the basis for deciding the optimal worker combination. Finally, the proposed algorithm was verified using the real taxi-trajectory dataset. The experimental results show that the task assignment algorithm considering the trajectory feature information has a higher accuracy and higher profit. At the same time, the selected workers have a high completion quality for tasks at the same location, and can effectively improve the quality of perceived data and the benefits of task publishers, which is suitable for practical application scenarios.…”

    基于可靠度的组合桥梁设计及维护策略(英文) by 张慕圣, 陈锐斌

    Published 2012-01-01
“…Currently, the design practice of highway bridges around the world are moving towards limit states design,a reliability-based design procedure.Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code(CHBDC)is the first design code entirely developed based on limit states design philosophy, including foundations and FRP components. However, reliability of a structure decreases in service due to environmental attacks and material deterioration such as fatigue, corrosion and many other reasons. Therefore, the structure should be inspected periodically, and the reliability of the structure should be evaluated according to its age and field data.If its reliability is reduced to a certain level,a repair should be scheduled as well as some preventive maintenance measures should be implemented to prevent further deterioration.Recently, many research works have been conducted to investigate reliability-deterioration mechanisms for each type of infrastructure and its components, optimize the inspection and maintenance strategy, predict remaining service life, estimate its life cycle cost. This paper is focused on the study of reliability-deterioration mechanisms of slab on steel girder bridges due to fatigue and corrosion of steel girders as well as corrosion of reinforcement in the deck slab.Examples will also be given to illustrate the proposed life cycle management strategy for composite slab on steel girder bridges.…”
