Research on Response Decision Behavior of Construction Emergency Capacity Based on SD-SEM Model

Published 2021-01-01“…In view of the fracture and edge crack initiation of the bogie cowcatcher during the service of a metro train,the failure causes are analyzed,and a fatigue performance evaluation method combining finite element analysis and dynamic stress test is proposed to verify the rationality of improving the structural design of the cowcatcher.Firstly,the structure of the cowcatcher with fracture or edge crack is analyzed in the aspects of design,structure,manufacturing and raw materials,and the corresponding structural improvement scheme is proposed.Secondly,the static strength and fatigue strength of the structure for the new cowcatcher are analyzed to clarify the dangerous parts according to the EN13749 standard.Thirdly,determine the strain gauge layout plan and conduct line tests considering the simulation analysis results and the operating space comprehensively.Finally,the fatigue performance evaluation of the cowcatcher is carried out by miner’s linear cumulative damage rule and IIW recommended S-N curve.The results show that the fatigue performance of the new type of cowcatcher based on finite element analysis and dynamic stress test meet the requirements,and the two support each other to further verify the rationality of the new structure design.Simultaneously,the simulation analysis results provide a theoretical reference for the reasonable arrangement of measuring points.…”

Comparison of Methods for Determining Catchment Area Threshold for Water System Extraction
Published 2023-01-01“…Most of the methods using digital elevation models (DEM) to extract water systems require the determination of catchment area thresholds.For a better understanding of the rationality and applicability of several commonly used determination methods of the catchment area threshold for water system extraction,the distance error between the real river source and the extracted one is used as a criterion to determine the rationality of the real water system extraction methods.Four main methods,namely,the drainage density method,the water-system fractal dimension method,the method of the minimum error at the river source,and the channel branching ratio method,are selected,and the Jinjiang River Basin on the southeast coast is taken as an example.The distance errors between the extracted river sources by different methods and the real river sources are compared.The results show that the visual discrimination of the catchment area threshold used by the drainage density method,water-system fractal dimension method,and channel branching ratio method has a large uncertainty,and the distance errors are large.In the method of the minimum error at the river source,the catchment area threshold is determined according to the minimum distance error between the extracted river source and the real one,which is unique.Hence,it is a more reasonable method among the four DEM-based real water system extraction methods.…”

Published 2021-01-01“…In view of the problem that the collection of vehicle load must be completed after the prototype car is completed,and the necessary load data are often lacking in the product development stage,the standardization of load spectrum under the endurance criterion of the proving ground is studied in this paper.Firstly,the characteristics of the measured load spectrum of different vehicle types in a domestic proving ground are analyzed,and the consistency of the frequency distribution of rainflow cycles for different vehicle types is clarified.Furthermore,the validity of the traditional probability distribution model and the extreme value distribution model in the rainflow cycle modeling is compared by synthesizing the difference of load frequency distribution and damage interval distribution.Through load frequency and damage distribution,the rationality of the exceeding threshold distribution model in load modeling is verified.Finally,the standardized load model of the proving ground is established by normalizing the loads of different types of vehicles.The validity and rationality of the standardized load model are verified by comparing the rainflow cycle,pseudo-damage and fatigue life of the standardized load spectrum with the measured load spectrum in proving grounds.The standardized load spectrum and load spectrum standardization method can provide accurate and effective load data for new vehicle in the early development stage,so as to ensure product reliability and durability level.…”
