“…To understand the current research progress and direction of comprehensive multi-index evaluation methods,and supplement the principle and method of evaluation index screening,this paper summarizes the research progress of the comprehensive multi-index evaluation method in river health evaluation at home and abroad.Firstly,the concept and evaluation principle of comprehensive multi-index evaluation are summarized from the perspective of river health evaluation objects and evaluation methods by tracing the domestic and foreign literature.Meanwhile,the three hierarchies of river health evaluation are illustrated by taking the target-criterion-index structure of river health evaluation in Yunnan Province as an example.Secondly,the current research progress of comprehensive multi-index evaluation methods and the index selection rationality are emphasized.Finally,the problems existing in the comprehensive multi-index evaluation methods are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward.As a result,this paper provides references for river health management in China,and also scientific and technological support for the smooth promotion of river chief systems in various places.…”

“…Crowd sensing is a promising sensing paradigm,which mainly uses a variety of embedded sensors in a large number of mobile devices to accomplish data sensing tasks.One of the key issues in crowd sensing is how to effectively coordinate mobile device users to perform multiple sensory tasks simultaneously.By introducing a new data layer between the sensing task and the user,the similarity of the sensing task and the heterogeneity of the user were effectively utilized,and the joint task selection and user scheduling problems were established on the data layer,aiming at maximizing the social welfare of the whole system.This problem was difficult to solve due to its combinatorial nature and the presence of private information on both the sensing tasks and the users.In order to deal with these problems,a two-sided randomized auction mechanism was proposed,and it was proved that it can satisfy the desirable properties of the computational efficiency,the individual rationality,and the incentive compatibility in expectation.The simulation results show that the proposed stochastic auction mechanism can achieve nearly optimal social welfare,and the social welfare benefits brought by data reuse will increase significantly with the enhancement of task similarity.…”

“…Abstract:A data forwarding incentive mechanism based on auction model in mobile social network was proposed.In this incentive mechanism,the first-price sealed auction mode was extended,the transaction mode of virtual currency payment was adopted,and the procedure of data forwarding between nodes was abstracted into the auction transaction model.Based on the node's resource state,the virtual currency and the data property,the evaluation function of data forwarding transaction was given,and then the node gives the corresponding price according to the evaluation function and game strategy.Through the game analysis,the Nash equilibrium solution of AMIM was found,and the lowest bidder,of which the bid price was lower than the evaluation of data forwarding request node would been selected as the service provider for this data forwarding.In this incentive mechanism,the rational mobile nodes were enforced to voluntarily participate in data forwarding cooperation to maximize their own interests.The simulation experiment shows that AMIM mechanism can effectively reduce the energy consumption and improve the success rate and efficiency of data forwarding in the whole network system.…”

“…In order to solve imbalance issues of used resources of substrate network,which are brought by virtual net-work joining and leaving dynamically,forecast-based resource reconfiguration algorithm（FRRA） for network virtualiza-tion environment was proposed.Algorithm FRRA took full advantage of known information to calculate interval of re-configuration and used this interval to replace the periodic time span in previous algorithms.In order to make reconfigu-ration time global optimal,it took two measures:resources were divided into critcal resources and general resources,and different algorithms were used to key resources and common resources respectively;according to the probability that re-source migration was failure,the limit number of reconfiguration requests was deduced.FRRA algorithm with VNA-II algorithm and PMPA algorithm in the experiments was compared.The results show that algorithm FRRA reduces recon-figuration cost 69% than that of VNA-II and 42% than that of PMPA.Algorithm FRRA improves VN request reception rate 29% than that of VNA-II and 52% than that of PMPA.…”

“…In order to alleviate the spectrum scarcity and capacity limitation of the current wireless system, the terahertz frequency band was introduced and the reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) was used for auxiliary communication to construct a downlink vehicle network.Considering the constraints of limited total system power, QoS constraints of cellular mobile users, and randomness constraints of vehicle and user locations, a hybrid optimization model was established for optimal power allocation and optimal deployment of RIS with the aim of maximizing the total rate of vehicle users.Based on the balance method, linear transformation method, and element elimination method, the original NP-hard problem was transformed into a convex optimization problem with complex correlation constraints and multivariate coupling.The inner layer iteration was based on the Lagrange multiplier method to solve the optimal power allocation, and the outer layer iteratively solved the optimal deployment of RIS based on a improved genetic algorithm.The simulation results show that rationally deploying the number and distribution density of RIS nodes based on optimal power allocation can save costs while achieving a higher target total capacity.…”
