“…Lakeside cities are important intersection areas of natural land,lakes and urban ecology.Poyang Lake plays an important role in regulating the water level of the Yangtze River,conserving water resources,improving local climate and maintaining water security.In order to objectively and comprehensively measure the ecological water conservancy benefits of the lakeside cities around the Poyang Lake,taking the Gongqingcheng City as a typical case and the statistical analysis as a basis,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system qualitatively and quantitatively from three aspects of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits,and constructs the evaluation model by the principal component analysis method.The results show that the score of ecological water conservancy benefits of the Gongqingcheng City in 2019 is 1.253 8,the ecological quality grade is Class III,the regional economy is well developed,and the ecological and social benefits are remarkable,which are consistent with the current ecological status of the Gongqingcheng City.Therefore,the model is featured with good applicability and rationality.…”

“…Based on the series of hydrological data from the controlling hydrological station of Xindu and Gulan in the mainstream of Hejiang River,this paper uses hydrological methods to study ecological flow in Hejiang River.After analyzing and comparing the results of different calculation methods,the calculation results of the 90% guarantee rate of the driest month average method and the annual exhibition calculation method are selected as the ecological base flow and the annual volume of the basic ecological flow in the river.The ecological base flow of Xindu Station and Gulan Station are 26.5 and 34.6 m³/s,and the annual volumes are 58.8 and 87.0 m³/s;the calculation result of the frequency curve method is taken as the target ecological flow in the river,and the annual volume of Xindu Station and Gulan Station is 83.9 and 121.0 m³/s.The research results aim to provide theoretical support for the management and protection of Hejiang River in the future and serve as a reference for improving the rational allocation of regional water resources.…”

“…A fault-state operation strategy for integrated energy systems based on multi-energy transfer was proposed.Firstly,an integrated energy system model was built to model each energy-supply device in the system using actual measurable parameters.Then,the calculation method of maximum energy supply capacity when energy-supply device fails was introduced,and the power constraint conditions of each equipment were obtained,and the power balance equations of cold/heat/electricity power were established.Then,set the lowest operating cost as the optimization goal,the objective function was solved by the linear programming method.Finally,taking a factory-level integrated energy system as an example,the rationality of the output changes of each equipment after using this strategy under several fault conditions was analyzed.It is pointed out that the strategy has three characteristics:the cost control effect is significant at low load situation,remarkably impacted by time-sharing energy prices,the outsourcing resource curve can predict the change of operating costs when fault occurs.…”
