    “…Providing integrated communication and positioning services for smart terminals using widely deployed 5G infrastructure has been a promising way during the 5G standard evolution.Especially in an indoor scenario where the global navigation satellite system fails, high-accuracy localization services can be provided based on the 5G infrastructure, and thus, 5G integrated communication and localization will enable much vertical industry applications.However, there still exist many technical challenges for providing sub-meter-level 5G localization in practical applications.In addition, there is no unified testbed or platform to support the development of 5G localization.Firstly, the challenges that 5G positioning methods face in achieving indoor sub-meter accuracy were analyzed.Then the design of 5G positioning simulator focusing on 5G classical scenarios was introduced.Numerical results show that the uplink-angle-of-arrival-based approach can achieve sub-meter localization accuracy.Finally, the industrialization prospects of 5G indoor high-accuracy positioning technology were proposed.…”

    “…A distributed robust beamforming (BF) algorithm was proposed to improve spectrum efficiency for an integrated satellite and high altitude platform (HAP) network.Specifically, for the scenario where satellite network and HAP network adopted multicast and NOMA to serve their respective multiple users, an optimization problem was formulated to maximize the sum rate, subject to the rate requirements of both satellite and aerial terminals, and the transmit power budget of satellite and aerial platforms.Then, by considering both the imperfect channel state information (CSI) and the imperfect successive interference cancellation (SIC), S-procedure and sequential convex approximation were adopted to transform the nonconvex problem, and then a distributed BF algorithm using Lagrange duality was proposed to enable the spectral coexistence.Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve a similar performance yet at a lower signaling overhead compared with the other existing works.…”

    “…The construction of a BIM visualization platform for the intelligent operation and maintenance of drainage pumping stations is an important part of smart water.It plays a crucial role in improving the project management level,reducing the loss of possible flood disasters,and strengthening the ability of water utilities to deal with risks.However,in the operation and maintenance management of traditional water utilities,the backward management methods and means often result in problems such as high costs,low efficiency,and slow response.Therefore,this paper puts forward a solution to the top-level design of the platform architecture.In view of the current management practice,we realize the functions including BIM model visualization,the unit operation status display,inventory asset management,statistical report query,and personnel management by combining the platform with the emerging technologies in the information field.This study demonstrates a good engineering application for the construction of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform and can be used for reference for the follow-up construction of smart water and the informatization of water conservancy.…”
