Research on Terminal Agricultural Water Price Model Based on Multi-Factor Discussion by LI Jianguo, JIA Dongmei

    Published 2023-01-01
“…In recent years,as the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price continuously deepens, regions have made some remarkable achievements. The key to the reform of the water price is to build a scientific and reasonable formation mechanism for agricultural water price. After deeply analyzing the influencing factors of agricultural water price, this paper summarizes that the endowment condition of water resources, the affordability of users, the cost of water supply, and the reasonable allocation of cost water price are the key factors affecting the composition of terminal agricultural water price. In order to obtain a more reasonable terminal water price, the authors incorporate the above factors into the calculation model and modify the terminal water price. On this basis, with the comprehensive reform pilot of agricultural water price in a county as an example, the terminal operating cost water price, full cost water price, and two-part water price in the pilot area are calculated.Compared with the current irrigation water price, the terminal water price calculated under different years is higher than the current price.Since the pilot area is in the early stage of reform, the authors propose that the water supply price can be raised to the operating cost price,so as to ensure the reasonable funds required for the normal operation of water conservancy projects. In the later stage,as the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price continuously deepens, the water supply price can be gradually raised to the full cost price,so as to give better play to the economic leverage role of the price mechanism.…”

Compressive sensing based channel estimation for NC-OFDM systems in cognitive radio context by Xue-yun HE, Rong-fang SONG, Ke-qin ZHOU

    Published 2011-11-01
“…A new channel estimation based on compressive sensing(CS)in non-contiguous orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(NC-OFDM)system was proposed. As for NC-OFDM systems in cognitive radio context, the infrastructure of CS-based channel estimation, the design of pilot patterns and the algorithm of channel estimation were explored.Especially,a criterion of optimizing pilot pattern in the CS-based channel estimation was proposed by minimizing the mutual coherence of the measurement matrix in CS theory.Simulations show that, under many patterns of deactivated subcarriers,CS-based channel estimation obtains much better performance than existing NC-OFDM channel estimation methods in terms of the mean square error of the channel estimate as well as the bit error rate of the system.…”

Sparse expression and sensing of fast fading channel for OFDM systems with imperfect carrier synchronization by Yong FANG, Wei-jie ZHAO, Min WANG

    Published 2013-09-01
“…A sparse expression of fast fading channel and its sensing method were proposed for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) system of sparse pilot under the condition of imperfect carrier synchronization.First,a sparsified core vector based sparse expression of the generalized channel impulse response (G-CIR) was proposed by deriving compressed sensing model of the sparse pilot system. Then, both the sparsified core vector and G-CIR were reconstructed by orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP).Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the bit error rate (BER) of the OFDM system with imper ect carrier synchronization.…”

BP neural network based Doppler frequency offset estimation method for 5G high-speed mobile system by Zenghao WANG, Lihua YANG, Lu CHENG, Jie ZHANG, Yan LIANG

    Published 2020-04-01
“…A BP neural network based Doppler frequency offset estimation method was proposed. The proposed method was mainly divided into two stages:offline training and online estimation.Firstly, the training samples were constructed by using random Doppler frequency offset and received pilot signals, and then the training samples were used to train the BP neural network offline, which could complete the mapping relationship between input and output data. Then, based on the trained network, the received pilot signal was used to estimate the Doppler frequency offset online.Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed method is far superior to the existing method, and it has low computational complexity.…”
