Organ-organ sensitif seperti gonad, payudara, paru –paru, lambung, hati, kerongkongan, tiroid dan mata perlu mendapat perhatian serius agar pada saat penyinaran radiasi tidak menimbulkan kekhawatiran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dosis radiasi yang diterima organ tiroid dan mata pekerja saat melakukan pemeriksaan fluoroskopi.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional study, dilakukan diRumah Sakit Islam Siti RahmahPadangdenganmenggunakan alat Thermoluminecense Dosimeter.Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil Rerata dosis ekuivalen pada organ tiroid sebesar 0.6 ± 0.1 mSv dan pada organ mata sebesar 0.4 ± 0.09 mSv yang menyatakan dosis pada organ tiroid lebih tinggi dibandingkan organ mata hal ini dikarenakan jarak antara berkas radiasi dari organ tiroid lebih dekat dibandingkan organ mata yang sesuai dengan prinsip dasar proteksi radiasi, dimana jarak mempengaruhi dosis radiasi yang akan diperoleh dan menyatakan semakin jauh jarak paparan radiasi maka dosis yang diterimapun semakin rendah dan sebaliknya. …”
