Nursing Analysis Based on Medical Imaging Technology before and after Coronary Angiography in Cardiovascular Medicine by Qin Li, Yangyang Yuan, Guangyu Song, Yonghua Liu

    Published 2022-01-01
“…The algorithm first decomposes the preregistered source medical image by NSST, takes the subimages of different scales as training images, and optimizes the subdictionaries of different scales; then convolution and sparse the subimages on each scale encoding to obtain the sparse coefficients of different subimages; secondly, the combination of improved L1 norm and improved spatial frequency (novel sum-modified SF (NMSF)) is used for high-frequency subimage coefficients, and the fusion of low-frequency subimages improved the rule of combining the L1 norm and the regional energy; finally, the final fused image is obtained by inverse NSST of the fused low-frequency subband and high-frequency subband. …”

Lightweight Transformer traffic scene semantic segmentation algorithm integrating multi-scale depth convolution by Gang XIE, Quanyi WANG, Xinlin XIE, Jian’an WANG

    Published 2023-10-01
“…Aiming at the problems of discontinuous segmentation of thin strip objects that were easy to blend into the surrounding background and a large number of model parameters in the semantic segmentation algorithm of traffic scenes, a lightweight Transformer traffic scene semantic segmentation algorithm integrating multi-scale depth convolution was proposed.First, a multi-scale strip feature extraction module (MSEM) was constructed based on deep convolution to enhance the representation ability of thin strip target features at different scales.Secondly, a spatial detail auxiliary module (SDAM) was designed using the convolutional inductive bias feature in the shallow network to compensate for the loss of deep spatial detail information to optimize object edge segmentation. Finally, an asymmetric encoding-decoding network based on the Transformer-CNN framework (TC-AEDNet) was proposed. The encoder combined Transformer and CNN to alleviate the loss of detail information and reduce the amount of model parameters; while the decoder adopted a lightweight multi-level feature fusion design to further model the global context. The proposed algorithm achieves the mean intersection over union (mIoU) of 78.63% and 81.06% respectively on the Cityscapes and CamVid traffic scene public datasets. It can achieve a trade-off between segmentation accuracy and model size in traffic scene semantic segmentation and has a good application prospect.…”

An Effective Protocol for Micropropagation of Edible Bamboo Species (Bambusa tulda and Melocanna baccifera) through Nodal Culture by Sayanika Devi Waikhom, Bengyella Louis

    Published 2014-01-01
“…Importantly, combining 2 mg/L of kinetin (Kn) with 3 mg/L of BAP produced a synergistic effect for shoot multiplication in B. tulda and M. baccifera. Under optimized conditions in half-strength MS medium supplemented with 3 mg/L of indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), 10 mg/L of coumarin, and 3% sucrose, profuse production of dark-brown rhizome in B. tulda and abundant rooting (81.67%, P<0.05, F=15.46) for M. baccifera within 30 days were achieved. …”

Block combination–based asynchronous wake-up schedule in wireless sensor networks by Woosik Lee, Teukseob Song

    Published 2017-10-01
“…The balanced incomplete block design–based wake-up schedule is known to be the optimal solution for symmetric duty cycles. However, because this schedule cannot support asymmetric duty cycles, the balanced incomplete block design–based wake-up schedule is not suitable for wireless sensor networks. …”

Impact of Periodontitis on Glycemic Control and Metabolic Status in Diabetes Patients: Current Knowledge on Early Disease Markers and Therapeutic Perspectives by Simona Santonocito, Alessandro Polizzi, Enrico Marchetti, Domenico Dalessandri, Marco Migliorati, Saturnino Marco Lupi, Marco Cicciù, Gaetano Isola

    Published 2022-01-01
“…The aim of this study is to update the current knowledge on the bi-univocal relationship between diabetes and periodontitis and the impact of therapy in the optimal management of these two disorders. From the information found in the literature, it has emerged that the correct treatment of periodontal disease in diabetic patients represents one of the main mechanisms and means currently established and valid to control periodontal disease and glucose metabolism and prevent the onset or development of diabetic complications.…”

    Published 2025-01-01
“…This is concluded that the implementation of landslide disaster mitigation in Sawahlunto has been running, but the implementation has not been optimal. Several things, non-structural, cause this: In the legal framework, a lack of understanding of policies that contain appropriate mitigation as well as the role of each agency or institution; the disaster risk reduction forum (FPRB) has been formed at the level, but at the village level only has a disaster preparedness group (KSB); the lack of implementation of disaster mitigation measures by the community. …”
