Analysis and Simulation of SIRS Model for Dengue Fever Transmission in South Sulawesi, Indonesia
Published 2021-01-01“…This study is aimed at building and analysing a SIRS model and also simulating the model to predict the number of dengue fever cases. Methods applied for this model are building the SIRS model by modifying the SIR model, analysing the SIRS model using the Lyapunov function to prove three theorems (the existence, the free disease, and the endemic status of dengue fever), and simulating the SIRS model using the number of dengue case data in South Sulawesi by Maple. …”

Optimizing cluster head selection in wireless sensor networks using firefly and genetics algorithm
Published 2023-03-01“…The results of comparing LEACH and EAMMH protocols and the proposed method in terms of the number of dead nodes compared to the number of execution times based on 50, 100, and 200 nodes indicates that the number of dead nodes for the simulation of LEACH protocol is almost equal to the number of dead nodes for the EAMMH protocol, but the proposed algorithm has approximately 10 percent less dead nodes, but by an increase in the number of nodes (200 nodes) the number of dead nodes have decreased 35 percent and 22 percent compared to LEACH and EAMMH algorithms respectively.…”

Research and evaluation of sparse array for massive MIMO
Published 2021-09-01“…Massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) enables higher spectrum efficiency by deploying a large number of antenna elements. However, mMIMO will bring a substantial increase in the number of radio frequency (RF) channel, which will result in a sharp increase in cost. Therefore, it is necessary to design mMIMO with comprehensive consideration of the trade-off between the performance and the cost.Sparse array technology can approach the performance of the uniform array with less number of antenna elements by optimizing the position distribution and excitation amplitudes of the antenna elements, thereby reducing the number of RF channels and controlling the cost, and achieving a better cost-effective balance. Both link-level and system-level evaluations and analysis of sparse array based mMIMO that targets for 6G were performed under realistic simulation settings. The results show that with little performance loss, the sparse array based mMIMO can significantly reduce the number of antenna elements and the cost of base station infrastructure.…”

On-demand and efficient scheduling scheme for cryptographic service resource
Published 2022-06-01“…However, with the increase of the number of cryptographic service requests, the number of service requests per unit time of the three scheduling algorithms reaches the peak.Because the on-demand scheduling algorithm realizes the cryptographic job migration and the dynamic configuration of FPGA computing units, the number of service requests per unit time is higher than the other two scheduling algorithms.Fig. 9 shows that under the premise of minimizing the migration of cryptographic operations and the reconstruction of FPGA computing units, the on-demand scheduling algorithm prioritizes the cryptographic operations to the same FPGA computing unit. Therefore, only one FPGA computing unit has load when the number of cryptographic service requests is small, and with the increase of the number of cryptographic service requests, the number of FPGA computing units working also increases. …”
