The study revealed the challenges that affect the teaching of sex education in the Kebisoni sub-county Rukungiri district and these included: teachers are scared to teach sex education; even the best are very discouraged, lack of training as well as their lack of training affects what happens in the classroom, lack support for their work, teachers limit their lessons to "safe" topics such as anatomy and abstinence. …”
