Advances in T Helper 17 Cell Biology: Pathogenic Role and Potential Therapy in Multiple Sclerosis by Elisabetta Volpe, Luca Battistini, Giovanna Borsellino

    Published 2015-01-01
“…The discovery of the T helper (Th) 17 lineage, involved in the protection against fungal and extracellular bacterial infections, has profoundly revolutionized our current understanding of T cell-mediated responses in autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS). Indeed, recent data demonstrate the pathogenic role of Th17 cells in autoimmune disorders. …”

Channel model-based multiple layers satellite-ground integrated data allocation strategy by SONG Yujie, CAO Yue, CHEN Nuo, SUN Zhili

    Published 2024-07-01
“…To address the problem of inefficient satellite-ground link handover, unbalanced data allocation, and high probability of data transmission interruptions in space-air-ground integrated networks, a channel model-based multiple layers satellite-ground integrated data allocation strategy (CMDAS) was proposed for the satellite-ground integrated data transmission scenario with a multi-layer architecture. …”

Cooperative game based bandwidth allocation mechanism live migration of multiple virtual machines by Yong CUI, Yu-song LIN, Run-zhi LI, Zong-min WANG

    Published 2016-04-01
“…Under many scenarios, multiple virtual machines in the same server need to be moved online concurrently.Since live migration algorithm utilizes bandwidth as more as possible to send data, there is a bandwidth competition among the concurrent migration processes, which cannot guarantee the optimal allocation for the bandwidth and finally degrades the overall performance of the parallel live migration. …”

The Discrete-Time Bulk-Service Geo/Geo/1 Queue with Multiple Working Vacations by Jiang Cheng, Yinghui Tang, Miaomiao Yu

    Published 2013-01-01
“…This paper deals with a discrete-time bulk-service Geo/Geo/1 queueing system with infinite buffer space and multiple working vacations. Considering an early arrival system, as soon as the server empties the system in a regular busy period, he leaves the system and takes a working vacation for a random duration at time n. …”

Blockchain network layer anomaly traffic detection method based on multiple classifier integration by Qianyi DAI, Bin ZHANG, Song GUO, Kaiyong XU

    Published 2023-03-01
“…To improve the comprehensive generalized feature perception ability of mixed attack traffic on the blockchain network layer, and enhance the performance of abnormal traffic detection, a blockchain layer traffic anomaly detection method was proposed that supported the comprehensive judgement of data anomaly with a strong generalisation capability.Firstly, to expand the difference of the input feature subset of the base classifier used, a feature subset selection algorithm based on discrimination degree and redundant information was proposed, and the output of high sensitivity subset terms was stimulated during the feature screening process, while the generation of redundant information was suppressed. Then, the stochastic variance reduction gradient algorithm was introduced into the bagging integration algorithm to realize the dynamic adjustment of the voting weights of each base modeland improve thecapability in detecting the generalised hybrid abnormal attack traffic. Finally, LBoF algorithm was proposed to map the low-dimensional numerical vector output by the integrated algorithm to a high-dimensional space. The discrepancy of data point spatial density distribution of various samples were amplified based on the potential difference between data points to increase the recall rate of anomalous data point detection. The experimental results show that in detecting multiple hybrid attack traffic on blockchain layers, the proposed method presents an increase in the anomaly detection accuracy and recall rate, which is 1.57% and 2.71%, respectively, compared with methods based on a single classifier integration.…”
