Hybrid precoding based on distributed partially-connected structure for multiuser massive MIMO
Published 2022-01-01“…For multiuser massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, to solve the problem of underutilized spatial resources caused by centralized partially-connected structure (PCS) and fixed-matching phase-control algorithm in conventional schemes, a low complexity phased zero-forcing (PZF) hybrid precoding scheme based on distributed PCS was proposed.The logical antenna subarrays with more than the number of radio frequency (RF) chains were designed, so that each RF chain could be connected to multiple distributed subarrays to provide higher spatial diversity gain.Further, by analyzing the influence of phase-control analog precoding on zero-forcing digital precoding, a phase-control analog precoding algorithm via successively maximizing users’ total subarray gains was proposed to maximize the upper bound of system spectral efficiency.Analysis and simulation results show that, compared with the conventional schemes, the proposed scheme can significantly improve the system spectral efficiency while slightly increases the computational complexity, and it is also insensitive to imperfect channel state information.…”

Joint channel and impulsive noise estimation method for MIMO-OFDM systems
Published 2021-12-01“…Aiming at the impulsive noise occurring in MIMO-OFDM systems, a joint channel and impulsive noise estimation method based on the multiple measurement vector compressed sensing theory was proposed.The channel impulse response and the impulsive noise were combined to form a row sparse matrix to be estimated, and a multiple measurement vector compressed sensing model based on all subcarriers was constructed.As the measurement matrix was partially unknown due to the presence of unknown transmitted symbols in data tones, the multiple response sparse Bayesian learning theory and expectation maximization framework were adopted to jointly estimate the channel impulse response, the impulsive noise, and the data symbols which were regarded as unknown parameters.Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method not only utilizes all subcarriers but also does not use any a priori information of the channel and impulsive noise.The simulation results show that the proposed method achieves significant improvement on the channel estimation and bit error rate performance.…”

Channel-space endogenous anti-jamming method based on multi-reconfigurable intelligent surface
Published 2023-10-01“…In view of the concern that the traditional anti-jamming method based on jamming recognition is challenging to defend against both the unknown and the intelligent jamming attacks, a dynamic, heterogeneous, and redundant channel-space anti-jamming technique was proposed by adopting multiple reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS), which facilitated the exploitation of channels’ resources for combating with the unknown jamming attacks.To elaborate, a channel-space endogenous anti-jamming method was proposed by leveraging the optimization of both the RIS’ coefficients and the multiple RIS’ on-off status.Firstly, after decoupling the tightly coupled variables, the optimal closed-form solutions of transmit precoder, RIS’ coefficients, and receive decoder could be derived under the alternative optimization framework.Then, the greedy algorithm was adopted to optimize the multiple RIS’ on-off status for obtaining better anti-jamming communications, and the convergence and the computation complexity of the proposed method was analyzed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively defend against the uncertain jamming attacks.…”

Discrete multi-objective optimization of particle swarm optimizer algorithm for multi-agents collaborative planning

Cooperative modulation recognition based on one-dimensional convolutional neural network for MIMO-OSTBC signal
Published 2021-07-01“…To recognize the modulation style adopted in multiple-input-multiple-output orthogonal space-time block code (MIMO-OSTBC) systems, a cooperative modulation recognition algorithm based on the one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) was proposed.With the lossless I/Q signal selected as shallow features, the zero-forcing blind equalization was first leveraged to improve the discrimination of different modulation signals.Then the 1D-CNN recognition model was devised and trained to extract deep features from shallow ones.Later, two decision fusion strategies of voting-based and confidence-based were leveraged in the multiple-antenna receiver to improve recognition accuracy.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively recognize five modulation types {BPSK, 4PSK,8PSK,16QAM,4PAM}, with a 100% recognition accuracy when the signal-to-noise is equal or greater than-2 dB.…”
