These findings highlight that excess leptin contributes to lipid metabolism dysfunction in NB cells and subsequently misdirects CD4+ T cell differentiation in tumor micro-environment (TME), indicating that targeting leptin could be a therapeutic strategy for retarding NB progression.…”
