Discussion on Application of Cardioid to Horizontal Arch Ring of Arch Dam by ZHOU Bin

“…In recent years,arch ring types of arch dam tend to be diversified.Some scholars put forward the cardioid as the horizontal arch ring of arch dam.However,the stress characteristics of the cardioid are not fully considered when the arch ring is arranged,so there are certain defects.It is of great significance to further study the nature of the cardioid and optimize the arrangement of the cardioid arch ring for the development of arch dam design technology.This paper finds out some basic properties for cardioid as the horizontal arch ring through mathematical derivation,proposes a new type of cardioid arch ring arrangement with considering the stress characteristics,and calculates the stress of the dam surface by the multi-arch beam method based on the shape of a similar arch dam with cardioid in an existing project.The results show that the stress of the new arch dam is not much different from that of the original arch dam,so it can be preliminarily judged that the use of the cardioid in the shape design of arch dam is feasible,which can be considered as a supplement to the common ring types of arch dam and further verified by the engineering.…”

“…Based on the concept of forward design,this paper uses C# language to abstract and package the traditional seepage calculation method (improved resistance coefficient method) and redevelops AutoRevit through Revit API interface programming.As a result,the visual interactive analysis process of sluice seepage calculation is achieved so that the design of sluice anti-seepage measures can realize forward design based on a three-dimensional model.In this paper,a regulating sluice is taken as an example for verification,and the results are compared with those calculated by AutoBank software.The results show that the plug-in has high accuracy and efficiency and realizes the highly visual sluice seepage calculation and low-difficulty human-computer interaction.At the same time,it has the function of instantly judging the results according to the specification.The plug-in not only expands the function of BIM technology but also facilitates designers in the water conservancy industry.In addition,it provides certain technical references for further expanding the deep application of BIM technology in water conservancy design.…”

“…Partition dynamically vector quantization（PDVQ） chip was researched and produced to encode images.Before encoding,it first judged the correlation of the encoding image block,and then decided to choose the size of the image blocks.Test result shows that PDVQ chip can improve the compression rate to 27% in average by contrasting with the normal VQ,even to 64%.The size of the codebook in PDVQ chip was 256×16 byte,and all codevectors in the codebook were categorized by direction,in each category codebook codewords were sorted in the ascending order of their sum,this kind codebook architecture could reduce search range largely.The VLSI architecture of PDVQ chip was implemented based on Charter 0.35μm CMOS standard cell technology,its chip area was 2.08mm×2.08mm.Test result shows that,at 3.0V power supply,PDVQ chip can operate up to 100MHz.At this operation,its power dissipation is 295mW,and it can support real-time encoding application for 512×512 gray images at 30fame/s.…”

“…Similarity analysis of pseudo-random sequence in wireless communication networks is a research hotspot problem in the domain of information warfare.Based on the difficulties in super-long sequence,extremely sparse feature,and futilities in engineering application for real-time processing exist in similarity analysis of sequence in wireless net-work,a method of similarity analysis of sequence in a certain margin of misacceptance probability was proposed.Firstly,the similarity probability distribution of real-random sequence was theoretically analyzed.Secondly,according to the standard of NIST SP 800-22,the randomness of pseudo-bitstream was analyzed and the validity of pseudo-bitstream was judged.Finally,similarity was analyzed and verified by combining super-long pseudo-random sequence in real wireless communication networks.The results indicate that the lower bound of similarity value is 0.62 when misacceptance prob-ability uncertainty at about 1%.Above conclusion is considerable importance from the significance and theoretical values in network security domains,such as protocol analysis,traffic analysis,intrusion detection and others.…”
