Digital twin based intelligent urban traffic forecasting and guidance strategy
Published 2023-03-01“…As the technology of ubiquitous Internet of things and artificial intelligence improves by leaps and bounds, the transportation system revolution is flourishing and bringing new opportunities and challenges.Considering the defect in the existing navigation system, and the neglect of the temporal and spatial characteristics of traffic flow, the macro traffic network and micro vehicle network were modeled and their coupling relationship was mined.Then, a digital twin based urban traffic forecasting and guidance method was proposed to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion.The spatial-temporal traffic flow information was predicted through the diffusion convolution recurrent neural network, which was explicitly applied to the vehicle path planning decision.On this basis, a spatial-temporal collaborative deep reinforcement learning method was proposed to implement the future-oriented collaborative path planning of vehicles.It also guided the underlying vehicle twins to select the optimal strategy for the real world.With SUMO for simulation verification, the experimental results show that the proposed method is significantly better than the existing algorithms in improving the travel completion ratio and congestion relief, and can improve the efficiency of urban traffic travel.…”

Published 2021-05-01“…To solve the issues of simple representations on spectrum situation, much dependence on artificial experience in manual management and low efficiency and accuracy in the current spectrum management, meeting the requirements of automation, precision and real time for future spectrum management, the theory and technology of knowledge graph were introduced into spectrum management.The definition of spectrum knowledge graph, the knowledge schema it depends on and its representation in the form of triples were proposed.The intelligent spectrum management framework based on spectrum knowledge graph, consisting of the graph layer, the equipment layer and the scenario layer, was constructed.Typical applications based on spectrum knowledge graph were discussed, including the recommendation system for spectrum usage, the search engine on spectrum management, and question answering for spectrum management.Experiments demonstrate the spectrum knowledge graph can play a role of guidance by spectrum knowledge in spectrum usage recommendation.…”

Intelligent route planning method with jointing topology control of UAV swarm
Published 2024-02-01“…Existing routing protocols without awareness of the topology causes excessive retransmissions, energy holes, and long delay, data routing performance was seriously deteriorated.Considering the relation of topology and routing, an intelligent route planning with jointing topology control (IRPJTC) method was proposed.IRPJTC consisted of two part, the virtual force-based adaptive topology control (VFATC), and the PPO-based geographic routing protocol (PPO-GRP).Based on neighbor’s mobility information, the distance between UAVs was adaptively adjusted by VFATC to provide stable links between UAVs.Combined with link stability metric in VFATC, end-to-end delay and energy consumption, a multi-objective reward function was designed by PPO-GRP to train optimal routing strategy.According to the performance study, the proposed IRPJTC reduces existing routing protocols by 12.11% of end-to-end delay, and 4.56% of energy consumption, and has a better energy balance ability.…”
