System architecture and key technologies of emergency command Internet of things
Published 2018-09-01“…Emergency command Internet of things is an important part of the construction of smart cities. It is one of the application fields of the Internet of things, which benefits a wide range, require rich support technologies, drives the whole industry and has large demonstration effect of service.Starting from the construction of the disaster site rescue situation map,the emergency rescue command and command issue at the emergency incident site was focused.Referring to the joint search and rescue network in the battlefield and the tactical Internet system structure, the emergency command Internet of things system architecture was proposed, including body LAN,on-site command network and remote access network. The four key problems faced by the construction of emergency command the Internet of things was discussed, single soldier tracking and positioning, wearable vital signs monitoring, mobile self-organizing network and shortwave sky wave remote communication. The two scenarios of urban fire rescue and natural disaster rescue were used to analyze and design the integrated application system of the emergency command IoT system, which provided useful exploration for building a new generation of emergency command information system and promoting the construction of smart cities.…”

The Territorial Approach to the Integration of RES in Mountain Areas. Participatory Planning with the Support of 3D Representations: Examples of Application in the Eastern Mediterr...
Published 2021-12-01“…It can also contribute to the expansion of the definition of RES carrying capacity, which is constrained by the institutional framework. This whole process of harmonising RES integration reveals the need for local community participation in planning: as managers of territorial resources and as a source for a “territorial” information system through geo-visualisation. The whole methodological process incorporates territorial information in the planning of complex spatial issues, such as the integration of RES in territorial mountain areas. …”

Research on the architecture of space-ground integrated information network: integration of communication, networking and computing
Published 2022-04-01“…With the continuous expansion of human activities from the terrestrial to the ocean and space, the countries all over the world have advanced the layout of space-ground integrated information network to provide seamless coverage and ubiquitous connection services.Space-ground integrated information network is the deep integration of space network and terrestrial network, not the expansion of terrestrial network to space environment.Starting from the perspective of integration, firstly the development status, existing problems and challenges of the internet, public land mobile network (PLMN), and space networks were sorted out.Secondly, the research status of the space-ground integrated information network architecture and the development trend of the new network architecture such as cloudification and intelligence was summarized.Thirdly, a communication-networking-computing integrated space-ground integrated information network architecture was proposed from different dimensions: physical architecture, functional architecture (including the integrated communication system, the integrated network system and the integrated information system), physical-functional architecture mapping problem. Finally, the network architecture optimization problem was modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem. It was expected to provide valuable suggestions and references for the research, construction and standardization of space-ground integrated information network.…”

Analysis of Hot Spots in Watershed Runoff Generation and Concentration Based on Bibliometrics
Published 2021-01-01“…At present, the CiteSpace is rarely applied in the field of hydrology.Compared with other similar applications, this software can analyze data easily and generate visual map flexibly.Based on that, using CiteSpace to analyze the hot spots of watershed runoff generation and concentration can provide some references to scholars.Through the CNKI database,1 046 journals and academic papers from 1999 to 2020 are retrieved with “runoff generation and concentration”,“model” and “flood” as the subject terms.Based on the analysis functions of CNKI and CiteSpace, the results show that:among the Keyword co-occurrence map,the domestic hot spots in the field of watershed runoff generation and concentration include “Flood Forecast”,“Distributed Hydrological Model”,“Xin'an River Model”,“Urbanization”,“SWMM Model”,“Underlying Surface”,etc.By using the clustering function, the relevant research can be divided into “Flood Forecast”,“Control of Urban Flood”,“Geographic Information System”,and “Flood Disaster”.According to the clustering timeline diagram,“Simulation of Runoff Generation and Concentration in Hydrological Cycle” and “Simulation of Urban Flood Control Construction by Low-impact Development Concepts and SWMM Model” are current hot spots. Finally, detailed analysis related to those two hot spots are presented.…”
