X-ray emission from hot gas and XRBs in the NGC 5846 galaxy
Published 2025-01-01“…This article presents X-ray emission characteristics of the brightest member of a G50 galaxy group NGC 5846 based on analysis of high resolution of 30 ks and 90 ks Chandra X-ray data. X-ray imaging analysis revealed the presence of 90 discrete X-ray point sources, spectral study of which depicted that the majority of them are LMXBs with a neutron star accretor. …”

Effects of Synthetic Procedures and Postsynthesis Incubation pH on Size, Shape, and Antibacterial Activity of Copper (I) Oxide Nanoparticles
Published 2020-01-01“…The synthesized Cu2O NP were subsequently incubated for 24 h in a pH 6 solution (Cu2O NP6) or a pH 8 solution (Cu2O NP8) at 5°C. XRD and SEM images analysis revealed that the 1p procedure produced smaller NP, while the 2p procedure produced larger but more uniform NP. …”

Serum Pharmacochemistry and Network Pharmacology Reveal Active Compounds and Mechanisms of the Huaxian Formula in Alleviating Radiation-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis
Published 2025-01-01“…The Huaxian formula (HXF), a traditional Chinese herbal remedy, shows promise in alleviating RIPF; however, its active ingredients and underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. Methods: Through serum pharmacochemistry, network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental validation, we investigate the potential mechanisms of HXF in the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis (RIPF).Results: Histological examination and non-invasive computed tomography (CT) scans in animal experiments revealed that HXF improved extracellular matrix collagen deposition in the lung tissue of irradiated mice and reduced fibrosis manifestations on CT images. Analysis of post-HXF administration serum samples identified 21 enriched compounds as potential active compounds, with 430 corresponding prospective targets. …”
