The Influence of the Motor Traction Vibration on Fatigue Life of the Bogie Frame of the Metro Vehicle by Qiushi Wang, Jinsong Zhou, Dao Gong, Tengfei Wang, Jiangxue Chen, Taiwen You, Zhanfei Zhang

    Published 2020-01-01
“…Some individual loads, such as motor vibration, have been ignored or wrongly understood, which leads to the occurrence of local insufficient fatigue life of the frame. To illustrate the influence of the motor vibration on the fatigue life of the bogie frame, a metro vehicle was taken as an example: first, the precise finite element model of the frame was established, and its correctness was verified; then, the vibration characteristics of the frame were analyzed by sweep frequency calculation; and finally, considering the vibration acceleration signal of the motor measured on a metro line as the excitation, the influence of the random vibration on the fatigue life of the frame under traction and idle running conditions was compared and analyzed by solving the power spectral density of the dynamic stress response at the weak fatigue nodes of the structure. …”

The Role of AChE in Swimming Behavior of Daphnia magna: Correlation Analysis of Both Parameters Affected by Deltamethrin and Methomyl Exposure by Qing Ren, Ruibin Zhao, Cheng Wang, Shangge Li, Tingting Zhang, Zongming Ren, Meiyi Yang, Hongwei Pan, Shiguo Xu, Jianping Zhu, Xun Wang

    Published 2017-01-01
“…In most treatments, the results showed that both behavior strength and AChE activity stayed in the same field within a correlation circle. These results illustrated that the environmental stress caused by both DM and MT could inhibit AChE activity and subsequently induce a stepwise behavior response, though both pesticides affect it as direct and indirect inhibitors, respectively.…”

Strontium–Alix interaction enhances exosomal miRNA selectively loading in synovial MSCs for temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis treatment by Wenxiu Yuan, Jiaqi Liu, Zhenzhen Zhang, Chengxinyue Ye, Xueman Zhou, Yating Yi, Yange Wu, Yijun Li, Qinlanhui Zhang, Xin Xiong, Hengyi Xiao, Jin Liu, Jun Wang

    Published 2025-02-01
“…Compared to untreated SMSC-EXOs, Sr-pretreated SMSC-derived exosomes (Sr-SMSC-EXOs) demonstrated superior therapeutic efficacy by mitigating chondrocyte ferroptosis and reducing osteoclast-mediated joint pain in TMJOA. Our results illustrate Alix’s crucial role in Sr-triggered miRNA loading, identifying miR-143-3p as a key anti-TMJOA exosomal component. …”

Variability in storm season intensity modulates ocean acidification conditions in the northern Strait of Georgia by Wiley Evans, Katie Campbell, Carrie Weekes, Justin Del Bel Belluz, Jessy Barrette, Drew Jordison, Chris Mackenzie, Jonathan Bergshoeff, Carolyn Prentice, Rosie Savage, Isabelle Desmarais, Bryn Fedje, Emma Myers, Kimberly Bedard, Alex Hare, Ian J. W. Giesbrecht, Colleen T. E. Kellogg, Zoe Sandwith, Jennifer M. Jackson

    Published 2025-02-01
“…This sensitivity to the storm season intensity highlights how vulnerable the northern Strait of Georgia is to subtle changes in environmental forcing and provides some predictive capacity for OA conditions over the coming year. These results illustrate that OA is not a “slow burn” process within weakly-buffered settings, but rather invokes periods of intensification with poorly understood biological implications.…”
