Time-based and privacy protection revocable and traceable data sharing scheme in cloud computing by Jiawei ZHANG, Jianfeng MA, Zhuo MA, Teng LI

    Published 2021-10-01
“…General ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) provides fine-grained access control for data sharing in cloud computing, but its plaintext formed access policy may cause leakage of private and sensitive data. And revoking a malicious user by accurately tracing the identity according to a leaked decryption key is a huge challenge. Moreover, most of existing revocable schemes incur long user revocation list and low efficiency. To solve these problems, a time-based and privacy preserving revocable and traceable data sharing scheme was proposed based on CP-ABE to support expressive monotonic and partial hidden access policy, large attribute universe by conceal the attribute values in access policy.Time-limited data access control using hierarchical identity-based encryption was achieved to set key valid period for users. Moreover, with the approaches of white-box tracing and binary tree, efficient user tracing and direct revocation with shorter revocation list was realized together with high efficiency via online/offline and verifiable outsourced decryption techniques.Furthermore, the scheme was secure under decisional q-BDHE assumption.Theoretical analysis and extensive experiments demonstrate its advantageous performance in computational and storage cost.…”

Discussion on New Ideas of Technical Consultation Service in the Whole Process of Implementation Stage of Reservoir Resettlement by ZHANG Jiahao, XU Lin, DU Yong, YAN Tiemei, GUAN Shifeng

    Published 2023-01-01
“…Under the background of high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era, there are many problems in the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement in China, such as the disunity of procedure standards, the lack of work content refinement, many major changes in the implementation process, and insufficient experience of the implementation subject. The reservoir resettlement work adopts the management system of government leadership, hierarchical responsibility,a county as a unit, and the project’s legal person participation. The design unit, project owner, and other technical units have low participation in the resettlement implementation, and there is a lack of rules and regulations to restrain them. The local government has many difficulties in reservoir resettlement implementation, such as the shortage of engineering technicians, the lack of project management experience, and the uncertainty of resettlement policies. In addition, the complexity of resettlement in the implementation stage makes it difficult to achieve many control objectives such as the progress, investment, and quality of the reservoir resettlement implementation.Through a systematic analysis of the difficulties and problems in the stage, this paper takes the lead in proposing the working method of carrying out technical consultation service in the whole process of the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement, creatively analyzes the relevant work content, and puts forward suggestions for addressing the difficulties of the county government in the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement.…”

Stoicism and Frankfurtian Compatibilism by László Bernáth

    Published 2018-10-01
“… Although the free will debate of contemporary analytic philosophy lacks almost any kind of historical perspective, some scholars (for instance Zimmerman 2000; Salles 2001, 2005) have pointed out a striking similarity between Stoic approaches to free will and Frankfurt’s well-known hierarchical theory (Frankfurt 1969, 1971, 1988). However, the scholarly agreement is only apparent because they disagree about the way of similarity between the Stoic and the Frankfurtian theories. …”
