Do antibody CDR loops change conformation upon binding?
Published 2024-12-01“…We analyzed the conformational change of the Cα backbone of each CDR upon binding and found that, in most cases, the CDRs (other than CDR-H3) show minimal movement, while 70.6% and 87% of CDR-H3s showed global Cα RMSD ≤ 1.0Å and ≤ 2.0Å, respectively. We also compared bound CDR conformations with the conformational space of unbound CDRs and found most of the bound conformations are included in the unbound conformational space. …”

Changes in Different Classes of Precipitation and the Impacts on Sediment Yield in the Hekouzhen-Longmen Region of the Yellow River Basin, China
Published 2018-01-01“…The sediment yield of the Yellow River Basin has obviously decreased since the 1980s, and the impacts of precipitation on sediment yield changes have become increasingly important with the global climate change. The spatial and temporal variations in annual precipitation and different classes of precipitation in the Hekouzhen-Longmen region (HLR) in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin were investigated using data collected from 301 rainfall stations from 1966 to 2016. …”
