Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Dynamic Contact Characteristic of Deep Groove Ball Bearing by Bai Guicai, Shentu Liufang

    Published 2015-01-01
“…A multi-body dynamic contact finite element model of a deep groove ball bearings that be used in planetary gear is established in LS-DYNA,based on explicit dynamics finite element method, considering effect of rotational speed of bearing outer ring, radial load and rotational speed of carrier, the simulation analysis of dynamic contact characteristic(displacement, velocity, stress and contact force)under different working conditions are carried out,the dynamic contact response of the bearing is obtained. The study shows that the rolling exist revolution and rotation movement during operation, the maximum and the minimum line speed occurred at the contact point with the outer ring and the inner ring. The maximum stress occurred when the rolling contact with outer ring or inner ring, and the influence of the rotational speed to the maximum stress is little. It is proved reliable based on the simulation results compared with Hertz solution. The contacting force fluctuation between the rolling and cage is bigger than that and the inner or outer ring, but the value is the minimum, the contacting force value between the rolling and the outer ring or inner is almost same with the radial load.…”

    基于多尺度晶体塑性有限元的GCr15轴承钢拉-压不对称性研究 by 樊冬, 余丰, 李淑欣

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In this paper, stress triaxiality is added to the classical crystal plasticity constitutive model to investigate the experimental phenomenon of tension-compression asymmetry for the GCr15 bearing steel.Firstly, the crystal plasticity constitutive model is extended by considering the effect of stress triaxiality on yield criterion and flow rule in each slip system.Secondly, representative volume element( RVE) was simulated to regenerate the quasi-static uniaxial tensile and compression engineering stress-strain curve of GCr15 bearing steel by using crystal plasticity finite element method. The results show that stress concentration occurs at the grain boundary due to the crystal orientation difference among polycrystalline grains, and under the influence of triaxial stress state, the RVE simulation results show that the stress concentration has a significant effect on tensioncompression asymmetry. Therefore,it is concluded that the effect of stress triaxiality on the texture of mesoscopic crystal is an important factor that causes the phenomenon of tension-compression asymmetry.…”

DESIGN AND TEST OF A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MICRO-VIBRATION SIMULATOR by WANG Bing, XU ZhenBang, YANG JianFeng, WANG XiaoMing, WU QingWen

    Published 2018-01-01
“…To simulate the micro-vibration of the space platform such as satellites, space stations and so on,a multidimensional micro-vibration simulator based on the Gough-Stewart configuration was designed.Firstly, the structural design of the multi-dimensional micro-vibration simulator was introduced. The theoretical model of the simulator is established by NewtonEuler’s method. In this model, the situation of misalignment between the origin of the relative reference frame and the barycenter of upper platform and load was considered.Combining with the principle of virtual work, the equations of the natural frequencies and mode shapes could be gained.Secondly, the modal of the simulator was analyzed by the finite element method and the analytical method. The first six natural frequencies and the modal shapes were obtained. The maximum error of FEA simulation is4.17% compared with the mathematical analytical solution. Finally,a prototype of the micro-vibration simulator was manufactured and its performance was testing. The test results indicate that the effective operating frequency of the simulator is up to 100 Hz,meeting the need of the vibration test.…”
