Jurisprudential and Legal Principles and Rules Corresponding to the Obtaining of Evidence in Iranian Criminal Law Emphasizing the Procedure of the International Criminal Court by Mehdi Halalkhor Mirkola, Abbas Tadayyon, Rajab Goldoost Joubari

    Published 2021-01-01
“…According to it, without evidence, it is not possible to detect a crime and attribute the crime to the accused and to execute punishment and acquit the perpetrator. Among the most important principles governing the obtaining of evidence in Iranian criminal law and the International Criminal Court, we can name the principle of legitimacy of obtaining of evidence, the presumption of innocence, the principle of free evaluation of evidence, the principle of freedom of obtaining of evidence, and the principle of legality of evidence that non-observance of these principles and obtaining of evidence through illegitimate ways is not only against human rights and the dignity of humans and the administrators of justice but also causes a reversal of the verdict in the Court of Appeal. …”

Energy efficiency priority IoT task collaborative migration strategy by Longyu ZHOU, Ning YANG, Guanhua QIAO, Ke ZHANG, Qilin ZHENG

    Published 2019-06-01
“…Mobile edge computing can reduce transmission delay and data processing delay for IoT applications by executing communication and computing operation in the edge network. However, for a large number of IoT device connections, massive service data is simultaneously gathered on the edge computing platform, which will significantly increase the traffic load of the forward link and the computing load of the edge server. In order to meet this challenge, based on diversified IoT application requirements,a task collaborative migration strategy was designed to realize the minimum energy consumption of the system under time delay constraints by optimizing the selection control of equipment transmission. In the absence of perfect channel state prior information,a resource management algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning was proposed to obtain the optimal offloading decision with lower complexity. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the system and meet the service delay of the task compared with the random transmission selection strategy.…”

Load prediction based elastic resource scheduling strategy in Flink by Ziyang LI, Jiong YU, Yuefei WANG, Chen BIAN, Yonglin PU, Yitian ZHANG, Yu LIU

    Published 2020-10-01
“…In order to solve the problem that the load of big data stream computing platform fluctuates drastically while the cluster was suffering from the performance bottleneck due to the shortage of computing resources, the load prediction based elastic resource scheduling strategy in Flink (LPERS-Flink) was proposed.Firstly, the load prediction model was set up as the foundation to propose the load prediction algorithm and predict the variation tendency of the processing load.Secondly, the resource judgment model was set up to identify the performance bottleneck and resource redundancy of the cluster while the resource scheduling algorithm was proposed to draw up the resource rescheduling plan. Finally, the online load migration algorithm was proposed to execute the resource rescheduling plan and migrate processing load among nodes efficiently. The experimental results show that the strategy provides better performance promotion in the application with drastically fluctuating processing load. The scale and resource configuration of the cluster responded to the variation of processing load in time and the communication overhead of the load migration was reduced effectively.…”
