Indoor dynamic environment lo calization algorithm based on transfer learning
Published 2018-08-01“…The accuracy of the traditional indoor fingerprint lo calization system is limited bymany factors, such as the density of the reference location node in the fingerprint database and the characteristics of the indoor environment. When the indoor environment changes dynami cally, the RSS fluctuates, and usually does notmeet the assumption of the same distribution. Therefore,it was difficult to obtain high-precision requirements for conventional fingerprint positioningmethod.Aiming at the problem that the traditional algorithm couldn’t locate accurately,an algorithm based on the indoor fingerprint database was designed and implemented. The algorithm adopted the idea ofmigration learning to embed different data sets into the latent feature space, and the adverse effects of environmental changes on the system weremitigated. The simulation results show that the average positioning error of this algorithm is 1.23m.…”

Self-learning differential evolution algorithm for dynamic polycentric problems
Published 2015-07-01“…A novel self-learning differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve dynamical multi-center optimization problems. The approach of re-evaluating some specific individuals is used to monitor environmental changes. The proposed self-learning operator guides the evolutionary group to a new environment, meanwhile maintains the stable topology structure of group to maintain the current evolutionary trend.A neighborhood search mechanism and a random immigrant mechanism are adapted to make a tradeoff between algorithmic convergence and population diversity. The experiment studies on a periodic dynamic function set suits are done, and the comparisons with peer algorithms show that the self-learning differential algorithm outperforms other algorithms in term of convergence and adaptability under dynamical environment.…”

IEEE 802.15.4 differentiated service strategy based on reinforcement-learning
Published 2015-08-01“…To provide better support in differentiated service for IEEE 802.15.4,a novel differentiated service mechanism was proposed based on BCS(back off counter scheme)and reinforcement learning. In terms of end-device,BCS backoff strategy was added to original priority-based differentiated strategy to solve the service differentiation problem under higher traffic condition.Whil “ e for the coordinator,a reinforcement learning based duty-cycle adjustment algorithm was proposed toself-learning”an optimal duty-cycle according to different application requirements and environmental changes.Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm can meet the performance requirements of high-priority service under different environments and adjust the duty-cycle when traffic is changed, which showed a strong environmental adaptability.…”
