Properties and corrosion resistance mechanism of a self-healing octadecyl amine loaded ethyl cellulose microcapsule coatings loaded with epoxy resin
Published 2025-01-01“…Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the impedance of the coatings with 6 wt% microcapsules was about 2.68 × 106 Ω/cm2, which was 2 orders of magnitude higher than that of the coatings without microcapsules (5.23 × 104 Ω/cm2). Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the artificial scratches of the coatings for 24 h, and it was found that the microcapsule could repair the artificial scratches of the coatings well. …”

TC4钛合金板抗高强杆弹正撞击侵彻特性实验研究
Published 2021-01-01“…The test of rod impact on TC4 titanium alloy plate with a thickness of 10 mm was carried out on a light gas gun,in order to study the damage behavior and the effect of projectile head shape on the anti-penetration performance of the target plate. The ballistic limit velocities of target plates were obtained under various impact conditions. The damage characteristics and mechanism of target plate were analyzed by microscopic observation. The results show that the failure modes of TC4 plates are different when impacted by blunt-nose projectile and ogival-nose projectiles, and the anti-penetration capability of target to ogivalnose projectile is better than that of bunt-nose projectile. After impacted by ogival-nose projectile, the front perforated and the back peeled off of targets were observed,as well as the shape of the back perforation is approximately conical. However, the damage of the target plate is shear plug type, accompanied by the neat edge and smooth inner wall of the impact hole.In addition, the adiabatic shear bands were observed by scanning electron microscope when the blunt-nosed projectile penetrated the target plate.…”

Effect of Admixture on Freeze-thaw Damage of Sleeve Grouting Materials
Published 2020-01-01“…This paper compares the physical and mechanical properties of sleeve grouting materials with different admixtures under freeze-thaw action by means of control variable method, studies the effects of different admixtures and different contents on the apparent morphology, mass loss and strength loss of sleeve grouting materials under freeze-thaw action, and further analyzes the change of species, quantity and morphology of hydration products in freeze-thaw cycle by SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results show that:After 120 freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss of mortar specimens with admixtures is less than 2%,which is lagged compared with the compressive strength loss;Based on the gray correlation analysis, the impact of expansion agent on the mechanical properties of mortar specimens under different freeze-thaw cycles is the lowest. However, with the addition of defoaming agent, the physical and mechanical properties of mortar specimens are more sensitive to freeze-thaw damage, and the sensitivity will increase with the increase of defoaming agent contents; From the microstructure analysis, the addition of expansion agent can improve the stability of internal C-S-H gel system after freeze-thaw action.…”
