    “…According to the characteristics of coal cutting drum of shearer,the stress of drum is analyzed,the mechanical model of planetary reduction gear solar wheel’ s torque,instantaneous rotational speed and tangential force are obtained.By using the MATLAB software,the simulation of the derived mathematical model in sun wheel is carried out,with the pick position angle changes,the variation images of the solar wheel’s torque,instantaneous rotational speed and tangential force are obtained.Finally,the damage value under different loads is obtained by experiment,and based on the application of the Miner’s linear cumulative damage,the life of sun wheel is analyzed,it reaches a conclusion.For further optimal design of small size,high power of shearer provide a reliable theoretical basis.…”

    “…According to shearer vibration problems in the practical work,using multi-body dynamics theory,considering shearer support characteristics of guide boots and flat boots,and the stiffness of rocker arm and adjustment height oil vat,6 degrees of freedom dynamic model in the vertical direction of shearer was established.The vertical direction of shearer drum load was used as an external excitation,and the effect of different lift angle on vertical direction vibration characteristics of shearer were solved by using numerical analysis method.The results show that the lift angle has great influence on vibration displacement of drum and ranging arm when the range is 17° <sup> </sup>37°,and the displacement range is 21.5521 <sup> </sup>15.424 mm,9.4005 ~3.306 4 mm.Because of the low frequency vibration of shearer under actual operating conditions,the vibration acceleration under different lift angle is insensitive.…”

    “…The drum ’s load calculation program of the staggered and sequential arrangement has been developed by MATLAB based on the shearer cutting mechanics model,which can get drum load spectrum,cutting performance parameters and the rate of lump coal under 5 typical working conditions;Shearer loading performance of two picks arrangement were analyzed by three-dimensional discrete element software PFC;The reliability of the key parts of the coal machine under different conditions has been analyzed Based on the PRO/E,MATLAB,ANSYS and ADAMS.The results show that:When the coal is cutting coal gangue,the pick should be used in sequential order,the load fluctuation is small and the reliability is high;Under normal conditions,the sequential pick arrangement of shearer can improve the lump coal rate,the cutting area will increased 1.99 times and the founder rate will increased 21% compared with the sequential type.…”

    “…According to shearer vibration problems in the practical work,using multi-body dynamics theory,considering the connection characteristics between walking unit of shearer and scraper conveyor,the support characteristics of adjustment height oil vat,the stiffness of rocker arm of shearer,the connection characteristics between the parts of shearer,vibration angle of shearer,6 degrees of freedom dynamic model in the vertical direction of shearer was established.The vertical direction of shearer drum load was used as an external excitation,and the effect of different haulage speed on vertical direction vibration characteristics of shearer were solved by using numerical analysis method.The results show that the haulage speed has great influence on vibration displacement of front and rear cutting unit when the range is 2 m/min~5 m/min,the displacement range of front and rear drum is 12.3325 mm~38.9104 mm、7.5240 mm~23.7396 mm,and the displacement range of front and rear rocker arm is 4.8826 mm~15.4052 mm、3.0548 mm~9.6384 mm.Finally,the results of model is verified by experiment.…”
