Transform coding of DCT coefficients in video encoder

Lagrange multiplier selection based on SATD for H.265/HEVC

Adaptive-clustered image-block hierarchical DCT hybrid digital-analog wireless transmission method

Robust video watermarking algorithm for H.264/AVC based on texture feature
