The NSVZ β-function for theories regularized by higher covariant derivatives: the all-loop sum of matter and ghost singularities
Published 2020-01-01“…The result is expressed in terms of the anomalous dimensions of these superfields. It coincides with the corresponding part of the new form of the NSVZ equation, which can be reduced to the original one with the help of the non-renormalization theorem for the triple gauge-ghost vertices.…”

EEG Emotion Recognition Based on Temporal and Spatial Features of Sensitive signals
Published 2022-01-01“…The method was experimented on the DEAP dataset, the average accuracy in the valence and arousal dimensions were 92.87% and 93.23%, respectively. Compared with similar studies, it not only improved the recognition accuracy, but also greatly reduced the calculation channel, which proved the superiority of the method.…”

Urbino, ou l’histoire des relations de coévolution entre un établissement humain et son milieu naturel
Published 2021-05-01“…This article hypothesizes that rethinking the relationship to the Earth’s resources means both reevaluating the interdependence between anthropogenic action and the natural environment, as well as identifying the necessary conditions for the interaction of the material and immaterial dimensions of the notion of resource. It does so through a discussion of the architectural and urban history of the city of Urbino, Italy, as well as the reflections and actions of the people who have marked its development. …”

Investigation of mechanicaland structural characteristics of some alloys in Ag-rich corner of Ag-Cu-Sn system
Published 2007-01-01“…Starting samples were four small billets with different contents of constituting elements - Ag90Cu5Sn5, Ag85Cu5Sn10, Ag85Cu10Sn5, Ag80Cu10Sn10 (at%), prepared from p.a. metals Sn, Ag, Cu by melting in electro-inductive furnace under air atmosphere and additional reductant and cast into bars of square shape, dimensions 1x1x10cm. Mechanical characteristics, such as hardness and microhardness, electroconductivity and microstructure, were observed before and after a series of passes through a grooved roll stand (cold rolling).…”

Polaron Mass and Electron-Phonon Correlations in the Holstein Model
Published 2010-01-01“…The notion of self-trapping together with the conditions for the existence of light polarons, mainly in two- and three-dimensions, is discussed. By the imaginary time path integral formalism I show how nonlocal electron-phonon correlations, due to dispersive phonons, renormalize downwards the e-ph coupling justifying the possibility for light and essentially small 2D Holstein polarons.…”

Interdisciplinaridade e solidariedade em experiências cooperativas do MST
Published 2005-01-01“…A research project on cooperative experiences made in settlements of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST) in the municipality of Piratini, state of Rio Grande do Sul, and developed with the support of FAPERGS and CNPq and with the participation of researchers and students from three universities (UCPel, UFPel and UFRGS) made it possible to arrive at some conclusions about the relationship between interdisciplinarity and solidarity that characterizes the cooperative work pursued by the MST. 1) The settlers freely move through the fields of work, education and leisure (which the research focused on), ignoring borders between disciplines. 2) Interdisciplinarity emerges as the element capable of making the difference between the autonomous, solidary, self-managed cooperative work and the cooperative work that is heteronomous, subordinated, commanded by capital. 3) Thus, interdisciplinarity and solidarity in work, education and leisure (and one may assume that this also applies to other dimensions of life in small family-based farms) emerge as elements of one and the same substance that ground and presuppose each other.…”
