Value Propositions for Digital Shared Medication Plans to Boost Patient–Health Care Professional Partnerships: Co-Design Study

Participants discussed types of patient involvement in editing shared information and emphasized the importance of tailoring SMPs to individual abilities and preferences to foster health equity. …”
