Protective Effect of Exercise Preconditioning on Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in Rats Based on Autophagy
Published 2019-10-01“…The ultrastructure and autophagic bodies of rat cardiac myocytes were observed by transmission electron microscopy, the infarct size was measured by Evans blue-TTC double staining, and the expression ofPI3K-Akt-mTOR signal pathway related proteins was detected by Western blot. Results:In the Sham group, the nuclear membrane was intact and continuous, the myofibrillar bundles arranged orderly, the structure of mitochondria was intact and no edema, the morphology of myocardial cells was normal, and no autophagic bodies were found; in the MIRI group, the myofibrillar bundles were loose and disordered with interstitial edema, mitochondria and myocardial cells were damaged seriously, the structure of cells was disordered, and autophagy was observed in the field of vision; in the EP group, some of sarcoplasmic reticulum was edema and expanding, mitochondrial structure was more complete with slight edema, myocardial cell was less damaged, and autophagy was less. …”

Curvature Determination Method for Diverging Acoustic Lens of Underwater Acoustic Transducer
Published 2025-01-01“…Taking advantage of the refractive characteristics of sound waves propagating in different media, the directivity indicators can be controlled by installing an acoustic lens outside the underwater acoustic transducer. To increase the detection range of an underwater acoustic transducer in a specific marine environment, a curvature-determining method for the diverging acoustic lens of an underwater acoustic transducer is proposed based on the acoustic ray tracing theory. …”

Effect of Electroacupuncture at Shenting and Baihui Acupoints on Ability of Learning and Memory and Expression of Autophagy Related Genes and Proteins in Cerebral Ischemia-reperfus...
Published 2016-08-01“…Morris water maze experiment was used to observe learning and memory ability of rats, TTC staining was used to observe the change of brain infarction area of rats, RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of autophagy related genes and proteins in hippocampus.Results:④Morris water maze outcomes showed that compared with the model group, the escape latency time of rats in the EA group was obviously shortened, the number of across-platform was increased and the distance was shortened (P<0.05).④Compared with the model group, the nerve defect scale of brain ischemia-reperfusion injury rats in the EA group was decreased (P<0.05).④TTC staining results showed that the area of brain infarction in the EA group and model group was respectively higher than that in the sham operation group, and the volume of brain infarction in the EA group was reduced compared with the model group (P<0.05).④Compared with the model group, the levels of Beclin 1, LC3Ⅰ/Ⅱand PI3K mRNA and protein in the left side of hippocampus in the EA group were increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:EA at the DU24 and DU20 acupoints can reduce the cerebral infarction, and improve animal behaviors, and protect the neuronal injury. …”
