“…The simulation model of the diaphragm disc sun-gear shaft of high-speed planetary gearbox is established.Based on the design principle of the floating structure of sun-gear shaft in planetary gearbox，three conditions including free-free，simple support-axial and simple support-fixed support are drawn up.The natural frequency and traveling wave vibration of sun-gear shaft were investigated，and the corresponding diagrams of mode of vibration and Campbell figure are drawn later.A gearbox test bench is built for experimental analysis.The result shows that when the main mode of sun-gear shaft with deformation of gear teeth resonates with one-fold frequency，the excitation force has largest amplitude，the two and three times followed.The vibration forms of teeth are torsional vibration，traveling wave vibration and bending vibration.A wide range of resonance points is produced between diaphragm or barrel shaft and multiple frequency of shaft.The resonance response is smaller by the greater multiple frequency of shaft.The experimental shows that during the process of increasing the speed from zero to working speed，the vibration value fluctuates significantly and then decreases to stable quickly，which indicates that the vibration of system is not expanded by exciting force and the influence on system stability is smaller.The geometric design of sun-gear shaft has a certain rationality and applicability.…”

“…Solid elements are commonly used for continuous numerical simulations such as finite element and finite difference.The calculation results typically include stress,deformation,and plastic zones.However,these results cannot be directly used for reinforcement design of engineering structures,which are usually reinforced based on internal forces such as bending moment,axial force,and shear force.To address this,we propose a method to calculate the stress of each cross-section point using the linear interpolation method of element edges.The cross-section mesh is divided evenly based on the number of cross-section points,and the divided mesh is considered as the action area of the cross-section point stress to calculate the internal force.Additionally,we calculate the internal force values,including axial force,shear force,and bending moment,for the entire section.We utilize AutoCAD as the result display platform to develop a program that converts the calculation results of solid stress into an internal force diagram.We validate the program using a simple model and apply it to the reinforcement design of specific engineering beams and columns.The research results can serve as a reference for reinforcement analysis based on solid element numerical calculations.…”

“…To address the problem of low detection accuracy caused by the difficulty in effectively capturing significant and diversified feature information for packaging deformation and overlap products, a location learnable visual center (LLVC) mechanism was designed to improve YOLOX-s, achieving higher detection accuracy.To effectively deal with product packaging deformation and overlap phenomena, firstly, global context information was captured through a lightweight multi-layer perceptron to help the model better understand spatial information in product features.Secondly, the local feature representation ability was enhanced by the designed LLVC and the spatial information was used to allocate learnable weights for local features to increase the attention of discriminative local features.Finally, the intersection over union (IoU) loss function was replaced with centered intersection over union (CIoU) and power parameters were introduced on this basis to effectively reduce the missed detection rate.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves an accuracy of 91.3% on the retail product checkout (RPC) dataset, which is 2.2% higher than YOLOX-s and better than current mainstream lightweight object detection algorithms.At the same time, frame per second (FPS) is 97 frame/s, and the model size is 9.48 MB.It can accurately and in real-time detect retail products in scenarios where computing resources are limited.…”
