Published 2023-07-01“…To solve the problems of low efficiency of network service caching and computing-networking resource allocation caused by tasks differentiation, highly dynamic network environment, and decentralized computing-networking resource deployment in edge networks, a decentralized service arrangement and computing offloading model for mobile edge computing was investigated and established.Considering the multidimensional resource constraints, e.g., computing power, storage, and bandwidth, with the objective of minimizing task processing latency, the joint optimization of service caching and computing-networking resource allocation was abstracted as a partially observable Markov decision process.Considering the temporal dependency of service request and its coupling relationship with service caching, a long short-term memory network was introduced to capture time-related network state information.Then, based on recurrent multi-agent deep reinforcement learning, a distributed service arrangement and resource allocation algorithm was proposed to autonomously decide service caching and computing-networking resource allocation strategies.Simulation results demonstrate that significant performance improvements in terms of cache hit rate and task processing latency achieved by the proposed algorithm.…”

Published 2018-07-01“…In the current era of digitalization and networking,the demand for digital copyright transactions is increasing.The traditional centralized copyright protection system has series of problems such as high registration costs,long work acceptance times,and being vulnerable to tampering by saboteurs.Blockchain as a decentralized network structure and based on P2P network and cryptographic technology,which can establish trust relationship on the network by pure mathematics.Without relying on the middle platform,blockchain technology can naturally alleviate the above problems.With the help of self-regulatory,traceable and decentralized features of blockchain technology and digital copyright trading scenarios,a digital copyright trading system model was designed.The new system is based on the advanced permissioned blockchain provided by IBM.The implementation of copyright registration and copyright transaction can ensure the integrity and tamper-resistant of the information.Finally,the installation time of chain code deployment was tested.The results show that the system is simple to install and has low maintenance costs.Compared with the traditional trusted third party copyright authentication mechanism,the blockchain-based digital rights trading system has a short registration time,no registration fee,and better architecture security and scalability.…”

Anomaly detection and location of malicious node for IoT based on smart contract in blockchain network
Published 2020-06-01“…With the explosive growth of the number of distributed devices in the Internet of things (IoT) network,the security of decentralized multi-agent optimization algorithm has become the forefront problem.The distributed algorithms in the IoT network are vulnerable to data injection attacks from internal malicious node because each agent locally estimates its state without any supervision.In general,the detection methods for malicious node run independently in each agent,inducing issues such as closed data,single points of failure,opaque detection processes,and so on.The proposed strategy considered detecting via an aid of blockchain technology and smart contracts in Ethereum to detect malicious node in the network.Based on the decentralized and multiple backup features of blockchain technology,the multi-site backup features of the blockchain technology enabled data sharing and avoided single point failure.In addition,the contract code,execution process and result of the smart contract were open and transparent,and the contract code and result could not be tampered to ensure that the detection process could be traced and verified.Finally,the average consensus algorithm was adopted as an example,and the proposed strategy was verified on a simplified IoT network implemented by Raspberry Pi.…”
