Ultrashort wave satellite channel classification and recognition algorithm based on mirror filled spectrum and LA-ResNet50 by Shang WU, Lei SHEN, Lijun WANG, Ruxu ZHANG, Xin HU

Published 2023-10-01
“…In response to the classification and identification problems of 5 kHz channels, 25 kHz channels, broadband interference channels, narrowband interference channels, and single tone interference channels in the ultrashort wave frequency band, a classification and identification method for ultrashort wave channels based on mirror filled spectrum and LA-ResNet50 (LBP attention ResNet50) was proposed. The problem of difficulty in distinguishing between satellite channels and background noise under low signal-to-noise ratio, as well as the identification of signal channels and interference channels with similar characteristics, has been effectively solved.Firstly, the proposed method performs mirror symmetry on the ultrashort wave spectrum and fills it in, while blackening the edges of the spectrum to construct a mirror-filled spectrum, which improves the discrimination of different types of channel spectra. Then, channel attention was introduced into ResNet50 to focus the attention of the network model on the channel. Finally, a loss function based on cross entropy and local binary pattern (LBP) was proposed to improve the extraction effect of subtle texture features on signal channels and interference channels images. The proposed method based on mirror-filled spectrum and LA-ResNet50 has shown an improvement of 19.8%, 8.2%, 1.8%, and 0.8% in classification accuracy for ultrashort wave channels compared to the traditional method utilizing fast Fourier transform (FFT) spectrum thresholding, the YOLOv5s target detection and classification method based on mirror-filled spectrum, the Attention-ResNet50 method with attention mechanism based on mirror-filled spectrum, and the Transformer network method under a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 10 dB.…”

Evaluation of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Liaoning Province Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Model by REN Bo, CAO Yongqiang, LI Kexin, YANG Xueting, ZHOU Shuhan, ZHAO Hui

Published 2023-01-01
“…Water resources are important for human survival. The utilization of water resources can influence the water cycle. At the same time,as an integral part of the hydrological cycle, water resources have a restrictive effect on the natural environment and human beings. In this paper, the relevant data on water resources, society, economy, and ecology from 2010 to 2020 were sorted out,and a multi-factor evaluation system was constructed. The weights were determined by combining the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method. The ideal point method and a coupling coordination model were used to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity and the coordinated development level of each subsystem in Liaoning Province. In this way,it is expected to perfect the water resources management system and promote the development of water resources. The following results were obtained from this study.① The water resources carrying capacity of Liaoning Province showed an increasing trend during 2010—2020,and the carrying capacity was evaluated as grades Ⅱ—Ⅳ.② The coupling coordination level of water resources in Liaoning Province is between 0.6 and 0.9,which is in the transition stage from primary coordination to intermediate coordination. In 2020,all prefecture-level cities showed good coordination. The coupling coordination of water resources, society, economy, and ecology is in the order of economy>society>ecology>water resources.③ The water resources carrying capacity in Liaoning Province is mainly influenced by precipitation, sewage treatment rate, water resources volume, and the proportion of tertiary industry. In the future,we should improve water use efficiency, firmly establish the concept of green development, and realize the sustainable development of water resources.…”

Analysis on anonymity and regulation of digital currency transactions based on game theory by Xian ZHANG, Jianming ZHU, Zhiyuan SUI, Shengzhi MING

Published 2022-10-01
“…By using technologies such as blockchain, digital currency, as a new type of monetary asset, has been promoting the development of digital economy.Digital currency trading platform plays an important role in the use of private digital currency by digital currency users.Existing digital currency trading platforms may expose users’ privacy and provide illegal elements with the conditions to participate in various abnormal trading behaviors such as“air dropping” events, extortion, fraud, etc.The strong anonymity protection of users by digital currency trading platforms also make it more difficult for regulatory authorities to supervise digital currency transactions. Therefore, the strength of the anonymity protection of users by digital currency trading platforms need to consider not only the privacy protection of users, but also meet the regulatory requirements. For this reason, based on the analysis of the relationship between the digital currency trading platforms and the supervisory departments, an evolutionary game model was established, the digital currency trading platform and the supervisory game model were defined and constructed, and the replication dynamic equation was solved and the balanced solution was obtained according to the income matrix between the digital currency trading platform and the supervisory department.By building a Jacobian matrix, the stability of the evolutionary system under different parameters was analyzed.Besides, the evolutionary stable selection and strategy of the digital currency trading platform and the regulatory authority under different conditions were also analyzed. With Matlab, different strategies of anonymity protection of the digital currency trading platform and different strategies of supervision strategy of the regulatory department were simulated to verify the accuracy of the game model.Based on the results of the simulations, some suggestions on the supervision of digital currency trading platforms are put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the future supervision of digital currency trading platforms in China.…”
