Research on Runoff Simulation of Arid Oasis Irrigation Area Based on SWAT Model by JIANG Mengyao, WANG Shuixian, ZHAO Zhigang

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to study the runoff changes in the arid oasis irrigation area, this paper constructs a distributed hydrological model of Yanqi Basin based on SWAT model with the Chinese meteorological assimilation driving datasets (CMADS) from 1955 to 2017,traditional hydrometeorological station data, land use data, soil data, digital elevation data, analyzes the sensitivity of parameters by SUFI-2 (Sequential Uncertainty Fitting) algorithm, calibrates several important parameters influencing runoff simulation results through SWAT-CUP (SWAT Calibration Uncertainty Procedures) software, and verifies the model by the measured runoff from 1991 to 2017.The results show that:the simulated runoff of Yanqi Basin in Xinjiang for a long time scales coincides with the measured runoff.During the calibration period and verification period, the Nash coefficient (NES) is above 0.82,the Pearson correlation coefficient (R2) is 0.86 and 0.90 respectively, and the relative error (Re) is less than 10.Therefore,SWAT model is well applicable to the runoff simulation of Yanqi Basin.Based on this, runoff changes from 2016 to 2100 in Yanqi Basin under the scenarios of RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 are simulated. It can be found that precipitation changes in Kaidu River basin have a significant impact on runoff in Yanqi Basin, that is,when precipitation increases by 20% and temperature increases by 2°C,the runoff increases by 26.53% compared with the current year.…”

Improved Kalman filter indoor positioning algorithm based on CHAN by Rui JIANG, Yue YU, Youyun XU, Xiaoming WANG, Dapeng LI

    Published 2023-02-01
“…Due to the raising complexity of the indoor environment, the influence of the non-line-of-sight error is gradually increasing in indoor positioning. How to reduce the non-line-of-sight error in the indoor positioning environment is particularly significant. The UWB indoor positioning technology was selected, Kalman filter has been used widely in reducing the positioning error in indoor non-line-of-sight situations. However, in the process of switching between line of sight and non-line-of-sight scenes, the Kalman filter will produce a new error. To solve this problem, an improved Kalman filter indoor positioning algorithm based on CHAN was proposed. The ranging results of five or more base stations were used to construct a positioning solution equation set. Then the CHAN algorithm that was sensitive to positioning errors under non-line-of-sight conditions was selected to calculate the result. Finally, residual processing was performed with the results of each base station and different confidence regions were judged in line with the residual processing. For different confidence regions, the Kalman filter preset gain factor K was used to improve the stability of the positioning result and reduce the positioning error in the conversion process. In the simulation environment, the error can reach about 80 cm.In real scene, the algorithm can reduce the positioning error in non-line-of-sight scenes to 60 cm, which can improve accuracy 60% higher than normal complex indoor positioning.…”

Study on River System Flood Forecasting Scheme for Longtan Hydropower Station Interval in Hongshui River by DU Yong, FU Yupeng, WEI Yongjiang, LI Zongtai

    Published 2024-01-01
“…Longtan Hydropower Station is a flood control project in the Pearl River Basin, but there is currently a lack of a comprehensive river system flood forecasting scheme. In order to give full play to the flood control and storage function of Longtan Hydropower Station, tributary control stations such as Leigongtan,Moyang,Pinglihe,Pinghu, and Xianrenqiao are selected, and the key areas of concern are determined through the analysis of important sub-intervals.The river system flood forecasting scheme for the Longtan Hydropower Station interval is constructed by using the Xin'an River three-source runoff generation model,three-source lag routing convergence model, and Maskingen convergence algorithm. The research results show that the proportion of the maximum inflow flood volume of Longtan Hydropower Station is usually in uncontrolled intervals, followed by the tributaries in Guizhou Province (Mengjiang River,Bawang River,Caodu River, and Liudong River),which are the focus of flood forecasting. The total average relative peak flow error and the average relative flood volume error in the river system flood forecasting scheme are both 10%,and the average deterministic coefficients are above 0.75.The overall results are relatively accurate. Therefore, the river system flood forecasting scheme for the Longtan Hydropower Station interval can be applied to real-time flood operation forecasting, and it lays a solid foundation for further improving the “forecast, early warning, rehearsal, and contingency plan” capability.…”

Research on mimic decision method based on deep learning by Xiaohan YANG, Guozhen CHENG, Wenyan LIU, Shuai ZHANG, Bing HAO

    Published 2024-02-01
“…Due to software and hardware differentiation, the problem of false positives mistakenly identified as network attack behavior caused by inconsistent mimic decision results frequently occurs. Therefore, a mimic decision method based on deep learning was proposed.By constructing an unsupervised autoencoder-decoder deep learning model, the deep semantic features of diverse normal response data were explored from different executions and its statistical rules were analyzed and summarized.Additionally, the offline learning-online decision-making mechanism and the feedback optimization mechanism were designed to solve false positive problem, thereby accurately detecting network attacks and improving target system security resilience.Since statistical rules of normal response data was understood and mastered by deep learning model, the mimic decision results among different executions could remain consistent, indicating that the target system was in a secure state. However, once the target system was subjected to a network attacks, the response data outputted by the different executions was deviated from statistical distribution of deep learning model. Therefore, inconsistent mimic decision results were presented, indicating that the affected execution was under attack and the target system was exposed to potential security threats. The experiments show that the performance of the proposed method is significantly superior to the popular mimic decision methods, and the average prediction accuracy is improved by 14.89%, which is conducive to integrating the method into the mimic transformation of real application to enhance the system’s defensive capability.…”
